I bought a Cuisinart coffeemaker from Bed Bath & Beyond end of November, a Christmas gift from my husband to me and of course didn’t use it till Christmas. It was doing really well until a few months ago and contacted Cuisinart about the problem. Early in the a.m. you need that cup of coffee and it was shooting water and coffee everywhere and I was disgusted at the mess I had to clean up. I had also tried calling at one point and was on hold for 1/2 an hour…ridiculous. The first thing tried, they sent me a new pod holder and that was only good for 3 or 4 days. Finally they has sent me a tag for UPS to return it. Eventually that was having a problem, at least it didn’t make a mess outside of the pod area. After these two, they had to replace it two times. I believe her name is Medlyne. I told her where do I send a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. She said that Cuisinart can give me a credit. I don’t want a credit but my money back. Cuisinart left a bad taste in my mouth as well as my time and being flustered.
