I ordered an Artiss corner desk FURNI-N-O1-WH-B from One Shop. When it arrived the assembly instruction manual was missing and so were 8 black feet for the unit. Repeated emails for assistance have gone unanswered. I contacted Artiss but they no longer have the manual for this unit. At least they bothered to make the effort.
I purchased an item that required minimal assembly. The manual was woefully inadequate, with instructions to assemble certain components that were already assembled, and no instructions at all for other components. Furthermore, it stated to fill a water container and install that, then carefully turn the whole unit over onto it’s back. On the water container there was an instruction to NEVER turn the machine upside down with the water container inside, or electrical damage may happen. NOW Try and get through to Kogan to tell them that they have abominably bad assembly instructions. There is no option on any of their customer service pathways to cover a situation that there is something that THEY need to know. They are often advertising for technical writers but they do not seem to be able to recruit anybody that has the vaguest clue. Kogan has way too much inertia, and way too much reliance on technology for communication, when human contact is the best method for anything other than the simplest of issues.
Very disappoined with the level of customer service. I purchased an entertainment unit early Jan and received only 1 of 2 boxes. I have contacted the online customer care support team 5 times and receive the same response that they have referred my complaint to the seller or higher up. No action whatsoever. There is no number to contact. Infuriating. I won’t purchase through Kogan again.
I’ve paid and ordered TVs x 2 from Kogan who never was delivered. I paid $660 but received nothing. When contacting ‘customer service’ three times, there’sNO REPLY. I’ve ended up with NO REFUND from Kogan. Toll claims they have never despatched it. What ever happened to my TVs, I’ll probably never know, but I ended up $660 out of pocket and as I said, no response or refund from Kogan. Never again. I will spread the word to save people from getting ripped off
Same thing has happened with me. I paid $500 for Air con 3 weeks ago and received tracking after 2 days of purchase. But courier company keeps saying kogan hasnt released the parcel but kogan replied to my inquiry that they have dispatched the air con. Now I don’t now whereabout of my parcel and kogan is not responding.
Wow – that’s horrendous and you didn’t go through ACCC? – did you just give up?? Go Visit them. Show them your online receipt. The Kogan Guarantee promises that for each and every order on Kogan.com, you will get what you ordered, and it will be as described. “If not we will: Ensure you receive the product you ordered, or if we can’t do that. Refund you the amount you paid.”

This company is a complete joke! They have no phone line and the one they do have has a recorded message telling you to contact them online and hangs up on you. It is also meant to be a complaints line and it doesn’t even work! If you try to contact them about an issue with a marketplace item, they redirect the enquiry straight to the seller who then just ignores you. The only way to contact them is with an enquiry about purchasing a product or delivery, which they then take days to respond if they even do at all. They should not be able to get away with this shocking level of customer service.
Terrible ?? service !! For an organisation that makes millions of dollars in sales surely you would have a contact telephone number your website is not user friendly rather loops in the help arena once again making it very difficult to purchase or return the wrong product received!! This is a terrible organisation with terrible customer service beware so not purchase products unless you have lots of spare time to waste and money to throw away !!! You have no idea how bad I feel dealing with you and the fact that you are in Melbourne makes it even more difficult to comprehend. Bad bad bad company !!
