Very disappointed in the service received from the manager and staff at game century city.
Needed to purchase and item marked. R249.00. Got to the cashier and the item scanned as R2500.
When I said but the price clearly states R249. The manager says she think someone took of the number 9. How was that my problem… she refused to assist me… what happened to the price you see is the price you pay… Game always advertises they will beat prices. Yet they can’t even adhere to the own prices and policies
I bought my Defy fridge at Game waterfall mall on Saturday 14 January 2023,the fridge has never worked until today. All my food in the fridge got rotten. I contacted Game waterfall mall and they told me to bring the receipt and somebody from defy will come and check the fridge. Today I called defy personally and the query has not been logged by Game. Imagine staying without a fridge in this hot weather and when you call the store they don’t even answer the call.
