I will never do business with this company again, and, unless I get a response from Needen.com (their parent company?) I’ll begin the process of flooding social media sites with information about how they don’t return messages and warn others not to do business with them. I haven’t lost that much money, but it’s the principle of the thing that a company can continue to operate, take money from people and not suffer any consequences when they don’t do the right thing. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering anything from them!
I placed an order and they took my money immediately, but it has been 3 months now and I haven’t received a thing from them! Not even an email or a shipping confirmation or anything. I have emailed 7 times now and tried calling different numbers and no one has gotten back to me. Do not buy from them.
They do not respond to emails or their site based communications. Nor do they answer their phone. Took my money fast enough but as of now, (10 days after they took my money), they still haven’t sent me any information or shipped my goods.
DO NOT ORDER FROM WORDAN’S UNLESS YOU”RE LOOKING FOR TROUBLE.

Wordans Wholesaler, via email, the responses to my email have been very sporadic and the response time ranges from 3 days to weeks later. The order was placed to support a school initiative, but since the order was not delivered on time, in fact, it was delivered after the actual event.
Upon trying to cancel the order prior to it being shipped, I received instructions, on how refuse the package and await my refund. Well the package was refused and the company has received the package. After emailing back and forth, I was asked for tracking information, and I provided the tracking and proof that it had been delivered and accepted by a person identified as NEGLE in OHIO.
Since I provided this proof, I have not heard back from the company neither have a received a refund. I am in the process of filing a consumer complaint.
This is not only upsetting, but disheartening because students depended on the t-shirts for their school initiative.
I am hoping that is can be resolved sooner than later. I have at this since March 2018-present day. each day checking my account and email. Please return the funds back to the account.
It has been over a week since we placed an order with no follow up. I am going to be opening up a case against this Company for fraud as it is illegal to take a customer’s money and not provide the product. Also waiting for a refund for a previous order that I cancelled and did not receive.
I placed an order on 4/9/18 and haven’t received the order yet and it is 5/4/18. I have emailed numerous times and called the US phone number which seems to be an incorrect number. The auto email response said I would hear from a Wordan’s rep within 2 days. I have yet to get a response from anyone. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. This is horrible customer service!!! I need someone to contact me ASAP!
I still have not received my items and it has been 3 months already. It shows on UPS that they got returned to the sender but when I email Wordans customer service, they tell me that it has been shipped and that they hope that I really like my products. What?
I have tried contacting you multiple times by phone and by email. It has been a month since a $700 order was submitted and I have yet to receive anything from your company about it. This is ridiculous and I ask that someone contact me immediately.

Do not order from this company they are fraudulent they do not answer phone calls or emails and my order hasn’t shipped but they will take your money I promise you that their business Better Business Bureau rating is an F they have several claims against them
Been trying to contact the company for 4 days about an order I never received. No one will contact me. I ordered on the 17th and still nothing. Payment has been taken out of my account but there is nothing to show for it. I am very upset.
