Cheap shoes. Wrong color. Not even close to what I ordered. Took 6 weeks for delivery. I will never order from them again.
This company is awful. I placed an order June 10. Got an email my order was shipped June 20. Today is June 29 and I don’t have my order (1 T-shirt) yet! I have sent emails with no response, I tried to track my package following the directions on the website and was told they couldn’t find it! Tried the “live chat”, but hung up after waiting 10 minutes with no one answering. They are very quick to charge your credit card, but customer service ends there.
This company should be investigated because of all the terrible reviews that have!!
I ordered 4 T-shirts approx. 3 weeks ago and they were paid for through Paypal. To date I have not received any T-shirts nor a refund.If I do not have the T-shirts very soon I will request a refund through Paypal and open a case against you that will be seen on my e-Bay account. I do not have an order number but the transaction # is 2C3743704H557225A. There is no answer when I call your phone – only a busy signal!

I ordered a T-shirt in Irish Green color, I received my shirt but it was in Forest green and am trying to contact customer service at 888-476-9250 regarding this issue but I keep getting a recording saying that the call can’t be completed at this time. I am very sorry I did not research this company before I placed an order from my cell phone. I did not receive a conformation or order number. I then discovered all the complaints posted on the internet. I also discovered,when I immediately called my credit card company, that the charge for the sweatshirt had already been authorized. I have told NFCU that I wish to cancel this order and I will refute any amount that will be charged to my account from your company. I cannot find a prompt to cancel this order.I hope when your customer service department receives this e-mail they will make life a lot easier for all of us and not cancel the order. Ordered a tee shirt on 9-9-18, and just received it today, 9-20-18. The shirt was defective with paint on sleeve and in front of shirt. No answer when trying to contact customer service.
This is my first time ordering from this company. Would like to resolve this issue sensibly if possible.
I purchase a tee shirt and a pair of matching leggings back in December 2017 to be used around my birthday month of July to my surprise the leggings seem to be for a child, and the tee shirt is the wrong size. I too have no order number or any return information in my bag and the only telephone I have is always busy. Please help me with this issue.
I looked at Teechip and found 209 itesm which feature my original art that I own full copyright. With some showing hundreds of sales.
That is financial fraud and copyright theft.
I want Teechip to remove my stolen art from their site.
I advise buyers to beware of buying from teechip untill Teechip sets up a system which vets sellers.

I purchased a coffee cup for my fiancé on 10 July 2018. It was shipped via DHL and the USPS. It never made it to my house. I went to the USPS by my house and asked why it was not delivered. They said they did not know. I contacted TeeChip and asked for a refund. They said that they could not do that but would send me a replacement item. I agreed and it was shipped out of their Texas location on 25 July 2018. I tracked the package and on 28 July 2018 it states that it was out for delivery at 0822 and then it states that it was forwarded at 1312 on the same day. I went to the USPS location and they could not tell me where it went and why. The USPS number is 9274890210329322815770. I once again asked for a refund and they said that they could not give me a refund.
I have contacted the state attorney general and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also it is pretty sneaky of you to sell similar products on Facebook under the company name of “Family Goals”. The company’s goal is to cheat people as is blatantly obvious from all of the comments on here!
I received a sweat shirt from you which is way too big. There was nothing else in the package so I have no order number. I would like to send it back please tell me where and how to do this. Thank you Carol Huson. This is the second comment but I have heard nothing about the first one.
I can see why you people will not reply to an email or will not answer the phone because I am sure you will be hounded by unhappy customers. you should be ashamed of the deception used by your company. never would I ever consider recommending your company, as a matter of fact I will do everything I can to let people know about you’d practice of deceiving customers.
I am having the same problem. Automated email responses and constantly busy phone. They say no refunds but on the website this is what they state: ? Full or Partial Refund, if the item is not as described. Their sizes run so small and they won’t let me order a different style, only a different color or size, if that makes any sense; doesn’t make sense to me. They are going to send me the next size up, but that is the largest size and still won’t fit. Their size chart is grossly incorrect. I am so fed up with this company, I could spit nails.
I ordered two cups and recieved one cup that was not what I wanted. I wanted two cups with Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren and another person and got a She cup.
