To those with order issues: this is not the place to contact customer service, it is an informational page about the purchasing platform.DHgate is not the retailer, it is a platform for independent retailers. DHg holds your payment in escrow until you accept the item in your order page as being correct OR until a dispute is complete – then they will release the payment to the seller. Remember: **most luxury/designer brand items will not be the genuine article, they will most likely be “replicas” unless otherwise stated it is genuine brand item.** The higher the price, the better quality ratio to the original product – 1:1 quality is often indistinguishable from an original and will be the most expensive. If an item is damaged or defective, go to the order, and click “open a dispute” – upload pics and describe the issue, and make a proposal for your solution (ie full refund, replace item, partial refund) If seller doesn’t respond, just wait and a DHGate mediator will be assigned and take it from there. For full refund you will often have to incur the upfront cost of shipping it back to seller in China- sometimes seller will reimburse for those HIGH shipping fees, sometimes not. It’s a process and not like returning to a store or Amazon. TIPS: *always ask seller questions BEFORE placing order using chat or message (ask whether it is true brand or replica, ask about logo placement and ask for pictures where applicable to see if you’ll be satisfied). *
    Shop and compare different sellers, ask questions of every seller. *Take screenshots of chat/message threads to use as evidence in a dispute, especially if seller is non-communicative. *Trust your gut if something seems “too good to be true”.   2. I ordered a fashionable groom wedding Tuxedo on dhgate as shown in the advertisement. My order number is 3270024658. I haven’t received any information regarding my product. I have just received an order confirmation email and my order number. No response from the seller and dhgate as well. It does not show in my order history. I am not able to ask for refund either. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. Totally disappointed!

    I have placed the order and pay for order a month ago it was a queen size Versace black and white comforter set I have not gotten any email from you people I have not gotten a tracking number or order number I would like to know where my order is in one will I get it

  4. The customer service is a complete waste of time
    I am trying to find out about a parcel and the tracking is in Chinese.
    11 weeks and still no sign.
    The seller isn’t interested and fobs me off
    This site is a gamble. You can get good deals but when you don’t you have no comeback

After I make the payment the system shown that I may have to pay a custom fee then after a few hours I received an email from the seller that the shipping cost is 30 USD only then the item will be shipped..so I ask for the seller to clarify because based on the advertisement that the item is free shipping..but until now the seller never reply..I sent a message to DH gate via chat online..useless the system replied the same answer and I think it an auto reply or not reply from a human..message via fb also the same..since I don’t feel comfortable already to continue the order I ask for refund..and the system shown that awaiting agreement from the seller then I try to view the seller profile or account the system said that the seller is not exist and it could be closed. I feel being scammed.

I made 1 order for a KS-750M device, PO order # 3190728542, with 1800 mAh battery, for which I paid 76.24 USD, the seller sent another model KS-750A, with other features, with 1100 mAh battery , the package arrived at the customs post office, I checked it together with the customs officer and because the ordered product was not, the seller sent another model, I refused to receive the product, which will be returned to the seller. I took several pictures and sent them to several representatives from Dhgate to return my money paid, 76.24 USD.
    I also contacted the seller, but the seller is not interested in the ones from Dghate either, I was left without the ordered product and without money, 76.24USD, I was fooled.
    Since I place orders from other sites in China, on the Dhgate site I took 2 (two spikes, I made another order besides the one mentioned where the same seller sent me a different product than the one I ordered and which was also defective).
    I will not place orders on this site and I will recommend others not to do it, I will look for all the means and on other channels to tell my experience, so that other clients do not take stings on this site.

They send me a email saying my package has been sent DHL has no service information there is no 800 number to speak to a live person I hate this I’m waiting on my wedding gown they said it would be in 30 days or 30 days will be up the day after Christmas then they send me a email said be here seven days or seven days would be the day before Christmas at this point I’m very disgusted

    I ordered a2018 Les Paul custom guitar from Newguitars 2015 on 22/7/18 I couldn’t understand why it had 2 tracking numbers the guitar arrived on 30-31/8/18 not what I ordered, they sent me 2nd hand broken guitar, am losing patience, I have messaged numerous times and get no response, I just want what I ordered, had my heart set on it, or a full refund and I’ll go to a more honest, decent seller like Tony Wang at AC / DC guitars ,he has bent over backwards to make me happy with there product, he deserves a pay rise.
