I received some flowers in hospital today which was ordered yesterday already through Netflorist. It is with great disappointment what I was sent. As per my colleagues it did not look this bad on the picture. We always use Netflorist but if this is what is going to be sent out we will rather just order from a florest directly. It is not the first time a complaint has been given but replies and fixing the problem seems to be not on their priority list.
I ordered, on the Nerflorist website, my 73 year old fathers birthday gift on the 5th February for delivery date the 13th February (his birthday). I received my receipt with the confirmation date on it. The 13th February I received an email from Netflorist to say the Birthday gift was on it’s way to be delivered. Fair enough the email said the time could not be confirmed.
About 7pm on the 13th Feb my father informs me that no gift had arrived. He had stayed home on his birthday all afternoon waiting for the delivery. I logged on to my netflorist profile only to discover that Netflorist changed the delivery date to the 16th February. No notification was given to me. I sent an email on the evening of the 13th February complaining to the orders email address, as this is the only email address made available to customers. Its the 15th Feb I have received NO RESPONSE. Disgusting service from Netflorist.
I ordered a bouquet of roses with Lindt chocolates and a small box of Nougat with a card for my sister’s birthday. She originally wanted to go out for her birthday but when I informed her of the impending delivery she promised to wait until it was delivered. She waited the whole day and finally at 7:20pm a delivery was made of just a card and a small box of nougat. Her birthday was ruined and she didn’t even get her flowers and Lindt chocolates. After many phone calls I was promised the flowers would be delivered the following day. Late the next afternoon a pathetic little bowl of some apples and 4 overripe bananas was delivered! Still no roses and chocolates. What kind of service is this? I will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN and urge you also not to. You will just waste your money
Cannot believe that Netflorist give such poor service. They advertise products, but do not deliver what was ordered and paid for. Substandard replacements. Phone everyday to sort this out and the person dealing with the complaint refuse to take my call and I get no feedback. I requested the name of the florist so that I can deal directly with her to ensure that what they deliver is to my standard. No response
I am so embarrassed with the item that was delivered for a special occasion. Wrong pot, WRONG COLOUR and sub standard

Yesterday after an appointment at 17.11, on 7/06/22, I saw I had missed a call at 16h58. I called back at 15h11 and told it is Netflorist & they have a delivery but they have now left the area. Today, 8/6/22 I have phoned several times to get some kind of confirmation about delivery. Not one service consultant could find my name on the system. Eventually, I spoke to someone at 17h51 on 8/6/22 and was told that the driver was on the way. It is now 18h20 and nothing has been delivered. Maybe they are coming from Jhb. This is so disappointing as there is nobody home again tomorrow and we leave for a holiday on Friday morning early. I will mot be able to receive or enjoy my gift.
Most displeased with Netflorist service. Ordered 3 items to surprise my daughter on her birthday. The first item arrived with no card and no name. She had to phone THEM to find out who placed the order. Second item arrived an hour later. Needless to say they could not get this right either. Instead of yellow roses, she receives Radox..
They never reply to emails when you inform them that they’ve stuffed up the order! No apology or attempt to rectify the mistake.
Quick to take the money. Slow to respond or rectify. Won’t recommend them.
I am so very disappointed with the service I am getting from Netflorist. I ordered a gift set for my dads birthday on the 13th Jan 2021.The money was taken out off my account within seconds. Unfortunately the gift set was unavailable at the time of delivery. So I opted for a refund. I was told a refund will take 72 hours to reflect in my account. I called on the 21st Jan 2021 for feedback of my refund the agent made me wait for like 10min on the phone. I called again 25th Jan 2021 and also sent an email because I was not getting any joy. I didn’t get any reply to my email or even a courtesy call to keep my mind at least. Today the 26th Jan 2021 is the 10th day ,240 hours ago since I made payments. I called again this morning. Still waiting impatiently ……….. Terrible service I will never recommend anybody to Netflorist!
Disgusting Netflorist deal! I ordered flowers, it was delivered promptly but they were not what I had ordered. I was charged according to what I had ordered but a cheaper bunch of flowers were delivered. I tried for hours to contact them, the phone rings and then it goes off. I also emailed them, received an automated response confirming that my email was received but no follow up phone call or email to let me know how my matter was being dealt with.
I would like this matter to be resolved by Netflorist as it is not fair to just let it be ignored. They cannot be making money off people on a continuous basis.

Disgraceful service from Netflorist. Ordered flowers for a funeral and they arrived dead! My family and I felt humiliated and disrespected at the blatant disregard of such a solemn day. I have emailed countless times and I have messaged on Facebook. I have documented evidence that a refund would be given. To date, it has not materialised. I will be taking this further.
Hi I just wanted to inform you on my disappointment of my flower delivery of Friday. It was my first time using netflorist actually first sending flowers to my other half and the flowers was beautiful and she liked it however the card that I ordered with it was wet when it was delivered. She didn’t got to see my card and the special words I had to add to the card. She had to throw the card away and read my message on the paper that was added to the delivery and not the card as it was intended.
To say I am highly disappointed in Netflorist is an understatement. I paid for this order on the 30 June 2020 for delivery on the 24 July 2020. The rose has NOT been delivered it is the 28 JULY! I called on the 24 July to enquire I was told that I would have to wait for Monday. I called back on Monday morning and was assured it would be delivered. I called on that same afternoon and was then told a mistake was made and that the delivery will definitely happen on Tuesday. Once again i call on Tuesday morning I am tood everything is in order. I call again on that same Tuesday afternoon and told it should be delivered up to 7pm. It is now 7pm on this fateful Tuesday and still NOTHING! Each time I call, i get told the same story to no avail and I find myself calling back everyday chasing on this item that I have PAID R1000 for a MONTH in advance. I refuse to accept being treated this way. This will be the last time I ever use Netflorist’s services and I will definitely NOT encourage anyone else to use them either.
I am writing this email as a complaint for the extremely poor and disappointing service we received from you on the 23/08/2019.
Please note on the morning of 23/08/2019,we went onto your website and after about 4 different attempts of placing orders and being told there was no stock available we eventually were able to order 50 shades of Cerise Rose Bouquet online, that your website showed was in stock. We then also tried to order chocolates on your site to go with the roses there was NO stock of ANY of the chocolates that we wanted.
We then proceeded with the order and PAID for the roses which were R1 179.90 (NOT CHEAP!!) (Please see attached picture of how these roses were supposed to look as per your website).
Thereafter we paid and sent Proof of payment ,we received an e mail from Net Florist (Please see attached e mail) to say that they can deliver one of the chocolates that we tried to order (Name Chocolate)at an additional cost obviously.
My manager Belinda then contacted Net florist to discuss adding the above mentioned chocolate to the existing order whilst she was on the phone she queried the status of the delivery of the initial order of roses and to her surprise they were not sent as yet as there was no stock of the 50 shades of Cerise Rose Bouquet (please keep in mind when we placed our order online they were in stock this leads me to believe that this is false advertising),to make matters worse she was then informed after asking I might add that net florists actual florist whose name is Belinda will be making up another bouquet using different colour roses she has in stock, as this was a time sensitive delivery my manger Belinda agreed to this on condition that a picture of the bouquet is sent to her before delivery for approval.
After your florist was done she sent us the picture (please find attached) of the bouquet that to be honest looked like a dogs breakfast!
The above mentioned bouquet put together surely was not up to the standard I thought net florist had as well as certainly not worth the amount I paid for the initial bouquet I order.
After receiving this disgusting picture my manager then contacted net florist to complain and then was told they will cancel the order which was not an option for us as this was for a customer who needed this delivery that day!!!!!!!!
After the telecom my manger Belinda had with Phumlani she instructed him not to cancel the order and make the bouquet out of any flowers as long as they the same colour and it looks presentable and to again send her a picture of the bouquet for approval.
After 30 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to get hold of Phumlani my manger then again called the florist at net florist whose name was also Belinda to confirm that she is making the bouquet, your florist then proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional and informed my manager that she has cancelled the order as we were going to complain.
Please note by the time we got hold of your florist it was already late in the afternoon.
This resulted in us having to try find another florist to deliver flowers to our customer that was unsuccessful and could only be done that Saturday.
I am appalled and disgusted that is the level of service we had to deal with from you!
I strongly believe you need to rethink the people you have as florists as well as possibly give training to all staff members’ on customer service, furthermore please kindly ensure your website is updated more regularly in order for this to never happen again to someone else.
As for us we will never use your service again ,and you have lost customers and made a complete disgrace of your company name.
Misrepresentation of facts amounting to cheating it what net florist is specialised in. it has no ethical values.The images illustrated in the catalogue, the description given are deceptive and either it supplies something that is not we specifically ordered ir take excuse that the said product can not be supplied. More often than not, it doesn’t care to respond to complaints, turn indifferent. It’s callous mostly.
I ordered flowers for nearly R400.00 when they were delivered they were absolutely terrible, looked nothing like the ones that were on the website. They were not even worth R200.00 I am extremely disappointed. I think you should get a different florist in Vanderbijlpark.

Herewith I would like to express my disappointing experience with Net florist.
I ordered a birthday present online yesterday. Order number 103007481, I got charged the full amount for my order only to find out that half the stuff was delivered.
I called this morning to find out what happened to the macaroons I ordered and only then the consultant advised me that they did not have macaroons.
I was embarrassed because I insisted that I ordered macaroons with the other birthday gifts, this is bad service. I want my refund and I will not make use of Netflorist service again.
