We have service contract for three years from 24/1116 to 23/11/19.
The due date of service was 24/05/17.No service has visited our place to give service till date.when contacted on phone on numbers -6598732/9166885590 the concerned person Hemander sharma and rajeev responded in very bad way ,not only misbehaved but told that i can free to complain to head office.
we complained on number 18602661177 on 19/06/17 having complaint number 2003517162 and 0099740972 but till date no one has turned up.
If this is response to our service contract this will be treated as breach of contract and the franchisee/company will be solely responsible for consequences.
Let me introduce me as a long time Eureka Forbes user (Water purifier, vacuum cleaner). Recently I bought few other products like air purifier and ONE MORE WATER PURIFIER for my parental home.
My suffering started with the water purifier. As on 5th. June 2017 18:30PM the unit is not delivered. And have no clue when it is going to be delivered!!
Chronological development,
A. Order confirmation slip no. 1301229 by Eureka Forbes representative Mr. Chandan Samanta (code 9072521) who came to provide demo on air purifier and I bought it as well.
B. Booked order on 7th. May 2017; promising delivery at my parental home on 22.05.2017
C. Product not delivered on 22.05.17. Mr. Samanta took time to confirm me next possible delivery date.
D. Several phone calls goes unattended. Somehow I find Mr. Mondal, claimed to be senior of Mr. Samanta who confirmed delivery of water purifier on 30.5.17.
E. Date failed again. Revised date provided 3.6.17.
F. Ultimate harassment continues, I was told that plumber is standing in front of my home, next moment it was told that the plumber is searching for the home address etc. and so on.. all false commitments.
G. Revised date provided on late evening by Mr. Samanta on 5.6.17 within 4PM.
H. Eventually date failed again. No one is answering their phone. Mr. Samanta, Mr. Mondal are not picking up my calls. To talk to them, I need to use other numbers. (Usual for a sales representative with fault at his side!!)
I. Cheque payment realized by Eureka Forbes on 2nd. June 2017. Cheque no. 136 dt. 25.5.17. amount Rs. 15490
I am presently unaware of next steps!! Finding me in a thick soup. I trust Eureka Forbes has good service but a few irresponsible people makes the customer experience worse. Things get worsen when I called up your Online Sales: 080-46636363 number. Up on patience listening my complaint, they gave me an alternate number to speak #07498201333. After waiting for more than 5 minutes – 2 times, call ended saying – there is nobody to take your call at this moment!!!
Myself Praveen, bought your product – Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV Water Purifier on 08-apr-2017 to the amount of Rs15000/-. I made a request for new installation on 9-4-2017 and i got a reply that, i will get a technician for New installation within 2 working days. The reference id for that call is 99098758.
Today is the second working day(11-apr-2017), So far I have not received any calls from installation engineer, so I have called your service center for three times on 11-04-2017 and i got a reply that i will get an Aquaguard executive by today and the reference ids are 33113936,99107363.
Till 5.30 pm no person has came for installation and no one has contacted me, its really frustrating situation for me to make call once again to your call center, but not other go and finally I made a call at around 5:30 pm to your call center.
Your call center people again postponed my installation to next day (12-apr-2017), and the reference id is 99111427.
This is totally deceitful attitude towards the customers, This makes me depressed and painful for me.
You have taken my amount of Rs15000/- on 08-apr-2017 itself, but the service has not made as per the word given by you.
First impression is the best impression; even for first time installation part also your company has not kept the word and cowardly procrastinating the installation work. Though its your first duty to do this activity but you never cared about the customers and their situations.
Suppose after buying your product if we are not paying the money whether your company will accept it. Then how do you expect the same from the customer. So I request you to pay the compensation amount of Rs 25000/- for the delayed duty(which you have committed), holding my Rs.15000/-amount and also the pain I have bared so far.
Failing which i would post this poor service (really its no service) in all forums and social media especially facebook,twitter, and whatsapp shares for making awareness to other people whomsoever going to purchase your product.
If still if you didn’t react to this mail your company will definitely face the consumer legal action.

This is the fifth time I am writing to you regarding the complaint.

My complaint: Sales person Santanu Sadukhan, (Employee code : 9077133, mobile number : 9743710831) offered me two years of free service and carry forward of two years AMC to the new machine. I received only one year of free service. When I contacted him for AMC, he said that he can’t carry forward AMC as the new sale was not made in exchage of the old machine. To carry forward AMC, I should have handed over the old aquaguard. He had not mentioned this during the sale.
Later when i complained he came to my home with a request to withdraw the complaint as his employment with Aquaguard was put on hold. He offered that if I withdrew my complaint, he would get his job back and do what ever is needed once he gets back to office.
I have been complaining this since April 2016 and every time I complain, you close it after sending home a technician who says that I need to renew the contract to avail services. When I follow up the complaint minute is that I had a problem with the machine and it was resolved. Please note that the problem is with promised after sales service
The aquaguard is in my father in law’s name who has been a loyal customer for years and he has decided to file a case in Consumer court. I had contacted consumer helpline and they asked me to put a mail and later send all documents via post. After which a legal notice would be sent.

Trying to contact Eureka Forbes Customer Care since years through e-mail – [email protected] , but there has been NO RESPONSE!
I had a contract with Eureka Forbes, but as I shifted from Gurgaon to Mumbai I have lost the papers. I have the proof as my cheque number,so I had requested you to issue me a copy of Duplicate papers 3 years back in 2013. It is a shame that the company still hasn’t been able to
fulfill its promise.
The person in charge in Mumbai issued a 2 years contact in 2013 and said that after the duplicate papers have been issued to us, the 3 years contract will continue as soon as the 2 years contract comes to an end. But it is a shame and we are truly regretting to have taken service from Eureka Forbes. This is not the first time we are writing
such a complain letter to you. Look into the matter right now.

I have found the after sales service of Eureka Forbes most awesome.My experience has been that there is no service after they manage sales.
I bought a new Euroclean wet and dry vacuum cleaner. It’s autostop mechanism for the power cord failed after an Year.l called up the customer care and registered the complaint. After a few days someone called and asked about the problem. I narrated the details to him. For a few days nobody turned up.On follow-up I was asked to register the complaint again which I did. To this there was no response at all. On each follow up I was given a new reference no but there was no further service from the company. Most interesting was that the customer service executive was the most discourteous ever. It seemed as though I had become his enemy by purchasing his company’s product.
And still nobody has turned up after months.
Why should we become victims of such irresponsible service?
I have Purchased an Aquasure Xpert which is supposed to be the costliest and the best machine as per the company. My machine is under AMC and till now no one has checked my machine even after calling up and sending several messages to the Customer Head there has been no response till now what else you can expect from the other people.
I ahve a Aqua Sure Xpert which is under full AMC but till now no response from any engineer when they come for AMC they make all promises but when it come to practical experience they are nowhere in sight. I sincerely hope that the management sees this review and take some action and rectify the problem.
I bought a aqua guard water purifier in chennai last 1 week back from day 1 onwards I can’t use that machine next day I informed to the service center about this issue after long follow up 3rd day technician came to home

I bought Aqua-Genus on Jul-2013. I had faced so many issues and raised complaint. Nobody turned back. So, I posted review in mouthshut website and then they came and solved the issue. But, the free service for AMC had not done properly. They visited only once in that year instead of 4 services.
Again, I raised request for AMC renewal on Nov-2014, they sent their technician and he replaced the filters and gave receipt for renewal of AMC. I have paid 4350 rupees and they assured 3 free services. Till Jan 2015, not even single service has been done. So, I called and raised service request, they said that its not under warranty, so I need to pay filter cost + AMC renewal + service costs which is 5250 rupees.
I had argued with technician and his manager over phone by showing old receipts. They simply told that we don’t see any receipts and its not valid. If you want to replace filterst we will do else we will go back. Also, the technician and manager spoke to me were very rude. They were talking like gundas.
Another big cheating is, whatever they replaced the filters on 2014 were not a valid filters for genus model. They replaced it with lower end model filters which were not UV or UF or RO. They just replaced with very basic stuffs. This is identified by technician.
So, I have escalated this issue to next level and I spoke to Regional manager Mr.Krishna kumar. He is another person who gives irresponsible answer. He is unfit for that job. I have asked him how customer knows which is valid bill and not valid bill, those are maintained by you and you change the format every year. He replied that you should have common sense and these are very basic. You should know everything. From our company many are joining and resigning, those who resigned they are cheating customer by having company data. How do we take responsible.
Again I asked, you should have the system without leaking the customer data and make sure on that. For that, he said, if you want you go and file police case and find how he got the data and how he cheated you. We don’t do all those things.
Then I asked, How customer can find the original spare parts details. Your technician replaced with basic filters. He replied you should aware of products and spare part details. In our company, many technician misuse the spare parts. They take some material for some issue and they replace it for other customer. How can we track all those things. Customer should aware of it.
I request the ppl, don’t buy Eureka forbes products. I am being the customer of them from 2011. Not even single time, I had done renewal without fighting with them. They just cheat you in some ways.
Now, I escalated the issue and asking for my money back. They are not even responding. I have been cheated about 8250 rupees.

I had given a complaint on 18 Nov 2015 and was told that the technician will visit in 24 Hrs. Its almost 48 Hrs. now no one has called or visited. Even after repeated requests, email there is no response. I am unable to understand that how can a company sell their product without a proper service team. I am very disappointed, I should not have purchased this water filter.
I have Water Purifier Inova which was purchased when your the representative from Bhandup area somewhere in april 2005.
There were some problems initially. I brought it to the notice of Ms Anu Kotian and also the Bhandup centre incharge. Since beginning I have taken AMC
Untill I was there in IIT Powai there were no problems as per AMS and service from company. I shifted my residence to Airoli in 2013 January. Since then the service problems are there. Only after complaining to Mr Ganesh or Manoj Mishra the people are attending. As per rules they have to replace both the cylindrical parts yearly and attend servicing once in Six months prior to receiving our call. Since 2013 they have attended only once in a year (after I called due to some serious problems with product). AMC period was from June last week of 2013 to June Last week of 2016. They were suppose to attend six times ( June and Dec each year). But so far the have visited only in June 13, June 14 and June 15). What about December? They have replace only carbon filter in 2013, 2014 and both cylinders in 2015. What they have done the two cylinders which they were suppose to replace.
This matter should be analysed properly before I approach Mumbai Grahak Panchayat of which I am a member

This is Sumedha and I have a gripe. I own 2 Aquaguards and have taken an AMC of 3 years for their maintainence. According to the service agreement, service is due every 6 months. Yet, I didnt hear from anyone for 10 months. Finally, a technician came after 10 months and instead of servicing the machine, damaged it and went away. Post this, I havent been able to use the aquaguard and this is causing great inconvenience to my family. I have been constantly following up with the customer care and made several escalations, to no avail. The technician had damaged the aquaguard on the 30th and I have been struggling for its repair ever since. Their service is horrible and most unreliable!
Despite repeated calls and complaints no technician has attended . The swift enterprises in Ahmedabad is not responding to my RO complaint. The Eurekha Forbes call center is the worst call center, despite regular calls no representative is attending. Kindly get my RO WATER PURIFIER repaired at the earliest.
Terrible service and absolutely no response on repeated calls to the service centre. I have a MAGNA HD RO + UV which has not been working for the last 2 weeks. The call centre has refused to register my call. Strongly recommend all the people following this page to not buy any EUREKA FORBES products because I will not do so.
I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard RO system and the equipment with wooden box is kept so from 21.05.2013. Till date not installed and i have not received any phone call. What a irresponsible service. Before buying i received number of calls from Mr.Suresh from Pallavaram chennai.
Now he is not even bothered to inform me about installation.I am worried about after service since i got poor response and i did not get any information about installation.It will be good for me if they take back the equipment and pay back my money rs 14000/.
I lodged a complaint on 27/10/2012 morning for repairing my Aqua Guard installed at my house. After lot of persuasion and follow up your man visited my house on 27/10/12 late evening at around 7 PM but rudely refused to do any repairing work..even to open and investigate as he was late for home. I requested him to take an urgent action as we had to purchase drinking water from market for my family. His supervisor also could not convince him over telephone. He, however, sent other person after another half an hour who investigated the fault and ultimately advised to replace a faulty transformer on 29/10/12 in the first hour. I regret to say that after passage of more than 48 hours, nobody visited my house to rectify the fault and the entire family is running out of drinking water. Your company has slowly lost the brand image due to competition from other companies in the last decade. With this kind of service and attitude, be prepared for losing more business.

I have purchased Aqua Guard Total reviva on 27th Feb 2012. And I was assured by Mr. Srinivasan – Salesman, that installation will be done on Thursday – 1st Mar’12. But installation is done on 4th Feb’12 by Suresh. Mr. Srinivasan also told first 4 services are free (one service for every three months). Now 5 months completed. Later so many times I called customer care (#044-39883333) – every time concern person in Customer Care was saying “today it will be done” – But nobody came till now. Is this the way you provide services to customers. At the time of booking salesman will say so many things about the product and gives assurance about the Quality and Service. But once after the payment is done……all words go false .
My customer code 1006973395. On 29/06/2012 I made a request for poor water flow of my Infinite model Acquaguard under AMC, the request No.0067271177. On Jul 1 & 2 I reminded the Chennai customer care Euro helpline for attending to my complaint. But I regret to say that as of now none has turned up even after 80 hours as against your norm of 48 hours. Today the person in your helpline said that in another 48 hours my complaint might be attended. I really wonder the purpose of having AMC and also the deficiency in the service. I have been using Acquaguard from its first model Classic i.,e. from the inception and I am experiencing inordinate delay in service only in recent months. I would request you to ensure that the AMC is honoured.
My innova purifier have problems. It’s sv part got damaged and I made a complaint on it to the customer care. They sent an engineer who repair and replaced the part with an old one. The part was not even new or sealed. Now again it has stopped working. I made several complaints to the customer care, there is no action at all. Very poor customer service from Eureka Forbes!

Repeated request for re installation of “RO” at Hill view appartment, Dehradun,UTTARAKHAND has fallen on deaf years. It has been over 20 days now.
