At the time of AMC renewal, the unit was cleaned and filters changed on 11.11.2017. Later on, on various dates, the technician used to call for our gate that he has come for servicing. Since, I used to be out of city so I asked him to come after 10 days on our arrival back. But, by now, he never responded and my unit remained un-serviced by the dealer. Later on, he said that now the contract has date expired.
On searching the receipt, I reminded him to complete the service. But, he was very adamant and rude in his talks which was very insulting to a customer from whom he has collected in advance and now showing his denial and rudeness to attend a loyal customer with him for last 7 years.
At this, I contacted local office Supervisor Ankit telephonically but in vain and no solution of my problem.
As a Senior Citizen of 67 years, I could not dare to visit their offices in their Covid affected areas.
On 9th Feb., 2021, at 12.35 Noon, I had raised my complaint at your customercare number and lodged my request for the servicing of my unit because my AMC amount was still un-utilised and un-spent as the dealer was still retaining my FILTERS in his custody. Even, customercare executive has not raised the complaint number till now for my records.
There is NO RESPITE despite collecting AMC money in advance and this practice of the involvement of extraction by everyone at every stage to make money.
I purchased Eureka Forbes Aqua soft water softener 1000 in January 2020 and installed that month but the machine was not working.I registered complaint repeatedly every month but someone came every time and gone away with telling something.Finally in July/ Aug they found out that one flush valve was broken due to their mismanagement.Now they told 15 days back that the spare part is ready for fitting .Till date no further development.No response for even phone calls..How can I recommend EF to others ?Highly irresponsible EF.
We had purchased three machines from your representative recently. We earlier had two machines already, hence we shifted the older machines to our different outlets with installation of the newer ones in earlier premises.
Since the day we had purchased & shifted one of our earlier machines to our location at Nalapara, Guwahati, we have made numerous complaints. First they said since the water is dirty we need to add a external filter to it for which we permitted & paid for the same. Even post that every week the machine stops working whereas the same was working fine in my earlier office. The said machine is under AMC too.
Even before finalising the new orders we had categorically confirmed your sales representative for the fitment & shifting the same to our warehouse location for which he had confirmed.
I am really disappointed with the kind of service given to us. Some of the complaint numbers are: 2012999307, 2013200736, 2013302648,2014060347, 2014039722.
Kindly let me know how to tackle such a situation.

I am very disappointed I made several complaints to the customer care, there is no action at all. Very poor customer service from Eureka Forbes!i dont know what you are doing your technician Mr. Virendra vishwa karma din services yesterday after his services my aquaguard is not working and now nobody is responding

I purchased Eureka Forbes I Clean Vaccum Cleaner on Dec 14 th 2017, for Rs.10700, I have given cash of Rs.5000 and cheque for Rs.5700. The sales executive Mr.Sai , cell 85558 14749, has visited our house several times for marketing of the said product, after taking due consent from his Sales incharge Mr.Raju, cell 8886706333 has given false promises that he will handover Bag for keeping vaccum cleaner, Provogue watch, and bill on the next day of purchase, i.e on 15th December 2017. When I am telephoning to the said executive and sales incharge Mr.Raju, they are not responding for my phone calls, for which I lost confidence on the product. The said sales team had promised that he will come for the demo on sunday, but he did not came. Now I was left without invoice or any gifts promised by your sales executive. Even I telephoned your sales head at Kakinada Mr.Raju, cell 8886706333, he also promised to send on the next day, but he also did not sent. Now I want to return the said product under 30 days return policy, regarding this I have given email to your office several times, and given complaints over phone vide numbers 0101516420, 0101556898, and 0101734633 spoken with supervisor Mrs.Tejaswini, Escalation Department, and she has given positive response from her, but I did not get any response from your office. Again on 4 th January, 2018 I telephoned your sales incharge Mr.Raju, that if does”nt receive my invoice, bag, free gift watch, aquasure water purified bottle, I will give the information to Social Media, then he has given a calous reply that you can approach through FaceBook, Whatsapp, Twitter and other media, I donot know that you have not received all the gifts along with invoice.
Now even my children are asking me about the gifts assured by your sales team. If I does not receive any reply from your end with in 7 days of the receipt of this letter, it is construed that I approached the District Consumer Forum, Social Media, and etc.,I inform/share my experience about the company service with my colleagues, friends, relatives. Please don’t give chance to me to proceed legally. Several times I telephoned your customer care but I did not got any positive response from your office. I pity the sales team about their service, that they are not in a position to handover my invoice even, after sale of the product. Now a copy of this letter will be sent to the Commissioner, Sales Tax Department, District Collector, to protect the other buyers from becoming victims of the said products. Now I am very much worried that the sales team might have given the product which was stolen some where as they have not provided the invoice in my name.

Sub: Negligence on customer complaint
Please be informed that on purchasing the product (Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV (NXT) we were told by your Sales person Satish K (9075900)that a free gift of wrist watch is offered by the company and it will be delivered within a period of one week after installation of the
product.
The product was purchased on 23.5.2017 and the same was installed on 26.5.2017 and we have tried to contact the Sales person many a time and he never cared to respond our call (as he has done his job by selling the product to us got his cut and now he got nothing to do with the customer)
After waiting for 1 month I have made a complaint on June 20, 2017 vide ID # 0099734297 and the customer support people promised me that we will receive the gift within 3 working days. As nothing has taken place we have reminded the support people again on July 01,2017 and the same story was repeated and again we have contacted the support people on July 5th, 2017 (Naresh) 12th july (amudha) 18th July (Nagaraju) and 28th July (tejeswani k)and these persons narrated the same story adding few lines more that they taken up the matter with higher authorities and it will be resolved on priority basis.
Nothing has been done till date. In the meantime your representative called us and asked us what is the problem with the unit where as our complaint was entirely of a different nature. (we have complained for our free gift and this man is asking us whats the problem with the product) Sounds funny. This shows that there is no coordination
between the staff and everybody wash their hands by giving false statements to the customer.
I regret that I have purchased a wrong product from where i cannot expect a genuine service or support from the staff. What I came to know by this experience is once the product is sold, that’s the end of it. Customer is no more important for them.
I shall never refer anyone in my circle to buy this product.
