Caseable is a company that allows to customize cases for laptops, e-readers, tablets, iPads, Kindles and smartphones. Founded in 2010, the German company has two production sites, one in Berlin and the other in Brooklyn. Caseable manufactures cases for Acer, Apple, Amazon Kindle, ASUS, BlackBerry, Dell, HP, Google Nexus, HP, HTC, Microsoft, Nokia, Motorola and Samsung.
Customers can use the online design tool to create their own case by uploading a logo or picture of their choice. They can even include a text or quote. Users can also pick from any of the design collections to create a beautiful smartphone case. The high-resolution print on cases are scratch-resistant and water-resistant.
Orders can be made on the website using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. All deliveries take 2 to 5 working days. Ordered a case with personal pictures for a 10 inch e-reader received it today it’s too small. I can’t get in touch with anyone, sent email tried to call, number no longer working, etc. Really angry. I ordered a case before, received it and still using it. This is the reason I ordered another car for my new device little did I know I would receive a wrong size and not be able to get in contact anyway at all.

I ordered to tablets with the free case, So that means 2 free cases, I ordered one got it. I loved it! Then ordered second one and it came wrong size its tiny small. I am beginning to believe my QVC Voucher I got in Dec 2019 to order Kindle Fire 10 with case vouchers is a scam. Is this so? WHAT a situation. QVC depends on those they deal with to uphold their contract with them. QVC has always delt well with me but this time they believe you will honor your contract with them. I too ordered a case for my kindle 8 through HSN. I received it 3 weeks after ordering, wrong size. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to send back. I am giving another one as a gift. Will not recommend this company!!!

With all the bad reviews about delivery seems to me that the company Is a teenager working out of his bedroom trying to run the whole company by himself! as I can get items delivered from China quicker! The tracking numbers don’t work!, I ordered a case nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing been delivered yet and it is not moving on my tracking notice. Please can you chase up this case. Terrible incompetent customer service. Unless they’re doing this on purpose to avoid sending free cases (which are not really free as they’re included in the price from HSN or QVC). I suggest Caseable gets it together unless they want the class A law suit and it will look bad on those shopping channels.
WOW!! It looks like I am in the minority here but I want to leave a positive remark. Ordered my Amazon Fire 10 with the coupon for the free case. Wasn’t going to use it but thought why not it’s free. I also got the email notice that it had left the building and did receive my case a few days later. I am very happy with it and would purchase another if I need it.

I bought an Amazon 8 tablet from QVC. I received the tablet and voucher with code. I placed my order 12/19/ 2018 and have not received the cover. I contacted tour customer support by e-mail from your website. No results. I am contacting the BBB.
I received mine in a couple of weeks after ordering. but it has Darth vader on the front and an advetisement for whiskey on the back. definenately not what i ordered.
It seems that I belong to a large community. I never received my case after almost two months because it was delivered to the wrong address and it got lost. However, I received an apology and was given a code to resubmit the order. Unfortunately the code was not accepted and the old code is invalid also. I am waiting for an answer since the phone number is no longer in service. I have wasted too much time on this. I understand your frustration.

I ordered a solid black case and received some cheap looking and feeling brown and black polka dot case. When you go to support it traffics you back to the main website.in order to be a reputable company you need to have a working customer service number..I got this voucher from QVC and expected what I ordered. I guess you people just don’t give a damn. On my way to Best Buy.

I am so disappointed with this company. I just called HSN and they washed their hands of it. It is too late to return the product to the, how convenient. I ordered the case on January 8, 2019. They were both supposed to be free with the purchase of the Amazon Fire HD8. (bought two for one with two distinct coupon codes) When I selected the second case it said the charge was $3.00. That is really bogus, but since it was a freaking Christmas gift for my 88 year old father I decided to just charge the stupid $3.00 on my credit card. Ok, then crickets….today March 1st I received the $3.00 case and it is not the case for an Amazon Fire HD*, it is totally unacceptable and inches too big on every side. And there was a specially printed apology note from Klaus Wegener, founder of caseable apologizing for the lengthy delay in delivering the product. (government shutdown, delays at customs, etc.) He included a one inch by one and a half inch box of Nerds candies in the package as an apology. I called HSN and asked how they can hold themselves out to represent this as part of their sale and they said address it with caseable. Now I have a lousy unusable customized case (next expected to arrive tomorrow, oh joy. In the meantime I have been charged money for which it was represented was a free case, and the case is useless. Please let me know how to send this back, get the correct ones and return my $3.00. Of course I can afford the three dollars but this is ridiculous and giving holiday gifts that require apologizing for the failure to deliver what was promised. Please address my concerns, and , evidently the concerns of many before me, by the looks of these posts. I want the right size cases for the products I ordered and a refund for the $3.00. I hope you contact me because I too feel a need to contact the NYS Attorney General’s Office. And to heck with HSN for their misrepresentations.
I am disappointed with this company I placed an order a month ago and still have not received my package I tracked my package and it says insufficient address and can’t be delivered so the miss printed address is on your end not mine I sent several emails on this matter and I still have not gotten a response back. And I tried calling and no customer service to take my call what lousy service you have . That is no way of doing business I was reading peoples post and it looks like you have a lot of unhappy customers.
I see I am no different than almost every other. I ordered two after buying tow Fire 8 on QVC. My ordered was placed on Tuesday, 19-Feb and other than the confirmation number I have not received any contact. This is a terrible business that has several numbers however; everyone is disconnected and the only form of communication is via email. It was really disheartening to me as I live in queens approximately 25 minutes from the company in Brooklyn. I don’t blame QVC however; I suggest that everyone who is having issues with obtaining their order contact QVC and tell them how terrible this company is.

Have heard it was delayed,then was in packaging awaiting pickup,the delayed due to govt shutdown,now no response, and I was charged $3 for a case that was supposed to be free. Contacted HSN twice for help. Will re think ordering from JAN again. Reporting this the the Atty Gen office for consumer affairs for Brooklyn.Seems like fraud to me. They charged me and did not deliver yet and won’t respond. It’s not about the lousy $3 now. It’s about principle and fraud.

I am not a tech person and missed the place to put in code from kindle fire bought in QVC. I clicked the but thinking it may be on next page but I stead ended up paying $37 for the case. I found a phone number to contact them but was disconnected with a message that said contact them through email so I did. This was January 9th. I never got a return email, refund, or confirmation of shipment. I have contacted Amazon, Kindle, and QVC and none will take responsibility for promoting this company. I am so disappointed and disgusted.
