About Caseable
Caseable is a company that allows to customize cases for laptops, e-readers, tablets, iPads, Kindles and smartphones. Founded in 2010, the German company has two production sites, one in Berlin and the other in Brooklyn. Caseable manufactures cases for Acer, Apple, Amazon Kindle, ASUS, BlackBerry, Dell, HP, Google Nexus, HP, HTC, Microsoft, Nokia, Motorola and Samsung.
Customers can use the online design tool to create their own case by uploading a logo or picture of their choice. They can even include a text or quote. Users can also pick from any of the design collections to create a beautiful smartphone case. The high-resolution print on cases are scratch-resistant and water-resistant.
Orders can be made on the website using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. All deliveries take 2 to 5 working days. Wow, after reading all these comments, I now know I am not alone with dealing with this joke of a company. How QVC is still using this company is beyond me. I ordered two cases and have received one. Contacted customer service via email, as that is the only way to get a hold of these people, and of course all three emails have been ignored. Man, QVC, find someone else to provide your customers cases. This is ridiculous and seeing 51 negative comments, shows what kind of company they truly are. Ordered both cases 12/26/18 and now it is 1/27/19, still no response as to where my other case is for my son’s tablet. You should really reevaluate your customer service policy, it’s pretty bad, even for NY standards.
The voucher for a free case was missing from the second tablet that I ordered from QVC. I ordered two Amazon Fire HD 10 tablets, that’s what the offer was for, two tablets at one price. Which I think was a great offer. The tablets were Christmas gifts to myself and my mother-in-law. The only problem is there was not a voucher enclosed in the tablet that my mother-in-law received. So what I want to know is can you send another voucher for my mother-in-law to order a personalized case for her tablet as well? I have already placed an order for mine and received a confirmation email from you providing me with an order number. I hope I receive the tablet case but I am a bit concerned now that I have been reading all these comments about others who have had such problems not receiving their case orders or not even receiving any communication or cooperation from your company. I called the customer service number on this website and it is no longer in service. Please can someone contact me back about this as soon as possible. Like I said this was a gift to my mother-in-law as well and I think it only fair that she receive the same offers for her tablet just as I did mine.
Received an email confirmation from Caseable that my order has ” left the building” and is on its way, along with a ups tracking number. That was on Dec 20th, it’s now Dec 31st. The ups tracking number says they’re awaiting pickup of my order from Caseable. It’s said this since the 20th, no status change. Contacted customer support with All info and received a form response saying my order has shipped, check the link to track my order. No help at all. Will attempt calling their support number tomorrow.
It seems that I belong to a large community. I never received my case after almost two months because it was delivered to the wrong address and it got lost. However, I received an apology and was given a code resubmit the order. Unfortunately the code is not accepted and the old code is invalid also. I am waiting for an answer since the phone number is no longer in service. I have wasted too much time on this. I understand your frustration.
Well, guess I’m in the same boat as all theses other people…..no case for my Fire HD 10.will not recommend Caseable Company or QVC to anyone and will never buy from QVC again. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with QVC. Won’t give it a chance for a third

I got my case around Christmas when it was in QVC and a few months later it started falling apart, I have babied this thing and it STILL broke apart, it won’t even hold my tablet anymore, it falls out. I will never get another one, and would not recommend.

I contacted Caseable via email and received a reply that my order had shipped and that I should receive the case 7 – 10 days from the shipping date. That date was 11 days ago, still no case.
I ordered a Kindle Fire HD-10 from QVC and ordered the Free Cover with the coupon code. I did not get a conformation email or any other information from you. I ordered the HER HAIR LES FLEUR cover. I ordered my case after Christmas and it took about a month from the time I ordered it to be delivered. I have had my case for about 3months and the case has literally feel apart. First the magnet holder, then each one of the corners have fell apart I now have a case that can not hold my tablet without falling out, there is nothing to hold my tablet inside the case. I got this from ordering from QVC with a voucher. I hope QVC realises what a scrappy company this is and shotty craftsmanship their cases are. Never again will order from this company and if receive a free voucher again I will shred it or burn it.

I have been trying to contact caseable since they sent me the wrong size case for my kindle fire 7 sent me a 5 inch I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 months they have not responded. Today I finally talk to someone and she says my phone is cutting in and out so I said ok can you call me back she says ok I said here is my number 3 times I said you need my number and she says I have your number and hangs up on me. Guess what she has n ot called me back. I called for 20 minutes straight and guess what it goes to voice mail.
This company is a JOKE! They charged me for cases I ordered with a gift card after requesting I input my information (I wasn’t sure if I had to pay the cost of shipping). I called and they immediately cancelled my order BUT HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. Seems like this is a seriously poor business after reading all of the comments. I also received my cases as part of the free QVC promotion. I hope they never go with this company again. What a JOKE.
I ordered a Caseable January 7 2018. I received a communication saying it was being shipped but there was no tracking information available. I have not received the case. I would like the status and if you don’t have that information I want it replaced. Order # 100000164521.
My son ordered his case Dec. 26th 2017. No e mail confirmation on delivery, no case delivered. I have tried to send an e mail to their support system with my emails returned stating the address was wrong. I tried costumer service but of course no answer. I guess I’ll phone QVC. Such a disappointment for my son who keeps asking me about his case.

Ordered my cover a month ago. Bought the fire 10 on qvc. This is ridiculous having to wait this long….why offer these freebies if not going to fulfill the order. I don’t know why this would happen unless they’re coming from China.
Same thing happened to me too! First I was told by one person that it was shipped. Then I was told by another person that the first person had made a mistake and it hasn’t been produced yet and because of an overload at the factory in Brooklyn it might be produced in Belin! Received a new email today from the first person (who told me is was shipped) stating that my single color was not acceptable by the company and I would need to pick a new one!!!! This is beyond unacceptable!!!!
I ordered the Amazon Fire 7 from QVC back in November 2017, received the vouchers for the cases, Got the 2/ 79.99 , ordered the free cases on Christmas Day, at the end it said please allow 10-12 days for delivery . As of yet 1/12/18 I still have not received my cases. Please look into this for me, very disappointed in this, although I do like my tablets, I am not at all happy about this in this situation. Don’t understand what the holdup is or why I have not heard anything on this
I ordered a caseable – Colorflash 3/Order #100000144166 on December 29th and received an e-mail informing me that my order had been received. To date, I have not yet received an e-mail concerning the status of the delivery nor the product.
