About Kcell
Kcell is a mobile service provider in Kazakhstan, founded in the year 1998. Part of Kazakhtelecom, the company operates from its headquarters at Almaty. The public company provides mobile voice, messaging, multimedia, Internet and value added services. The company’s key services are offered through two sub brands – Kcell, which primarily caters to corporate subscribers, and Activ, which serves the mass market. Kcell is currently investing on its infrastructure, aiming to expand coverage and deploy 3G and 4G network across the Central Asian country. Currently, coverage is available across Almaty, Nur Sultan, Shymkent, Akmola, Aktobe, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Karaganda, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Kuzulorda, Pavlodar, Mangistau and Turkestan.
New customers can visit the nearest Kcell or Activ outlet to register a new SIM. You can also port your number or activate new services at the store.
