i bought philips bulb model ES 23W CDL E27, the labels says that it could last for 4 YEAR!!! and a rated average of 50% failure…. after 2 months BUSTED BULB NA! so sad… its a FALSE MARKETING
Not satisfied with the service center of Philips in Makati. I was brought the breast pump of my wife for their checking because of not power on, they open the pump and after checking visually without doing or testing on the parts they declared that pump motor was already unrepairable thinking that we just bought it 2 months ago (brandnew). i decided to order the pump machine because we badly need it. when i came home i tried the newly one and still no power, now i found out that the problem is in the adapter. how come your technicians not doing their function well. you must train your technician on how to assist the costumer for the satisfaction and service that your costumer needs. I did not recommend PHILIPS brand for these lazy technicians once the problem arise on your gadgets.

Have been to Philips Service Center in Cebu and ordered for 6 new shaving heads for my Philishavers and also for new power board for my Philips sound/dvd set HTS3181/98, which is destroyed by short circuit. I was told the parts would arrive there within 3 days, heard nothing since and today, after 3 weeks, got txt message from them I first have to pay before they are ordering for the parts, what kind of service is this ?? Im used paying on delivery !!! I dont trust this, can you confirm it ? Also would like to know the costs of mentioned parts. Thanks in anticipation,
