I purchased a Total Security package for 12 months on 6.12.18. I now have 4 days left. I have tried calling a number of phone numbers which were very difficult to find and no-one is able to help me. They cannot give me a number to call for help? I have sent a number of emails and still nothing? Not sure what else to do?
Every time I aim to renew my licence there is always a problem. I have paid $41.95 to renew my Internet Security and cannot successfully download the software, despite running the so called ‘virus’ suggestion you prompt to run. I have gone from Total cover to Internet Security, which is ample for my modest means. I can’t stand Password Manager and have deleted this, so perhaps this is causing the problem. I am trying to renew my Kaspersky Security online, but it’s quoted in US$ & wants to have automatic deductions – I don’t want that. I want an Australian contact & I don’t mind doing it on the phone if necessary. Can you help Me? The plan I wanted was to continue my existing plan for two years @ $89 as quoted – No extras.
