I purchased kaspersky internet secruity 2011 one month before. I am unable to activate it for many reasons. Tried all luck. The update is also not happening.
I bought K antivirus pack for single user. On installation it is showing 30 days instead of 1 year. The matter was reported the same day to [email protected] on 22 nd may 12. The recommended technical advise is not helping. On the box it says 1 year in the box CD it is of 30 days. So I request you to act immediately.
My previous kaspersky internet security stopped to work 11 day’s before end of period. It gave me a message asking me to activate new serial number.
I purchased a new product and activated, but my question is who is going to compensate me 11 days’ of missing services.

i bought one of your renewal packs last night and it wont let me install it
I bought a 2011 internet security renewal package. It wont let me install…the message that comes up is:Activation code is not compatible with this application. It is impossible to activate Kaspersky Anti Virus using the aactivation code for another application. Please check your product.
It keeps telling me I have 5 days to renew. activate now if you have retail product.
Please advise.
