I had bought a refrigerator model no RS72R50112C/TL on 6th October, 2020, from Ganpati Plaza, Plot No.-346, Sec-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. In the last 15 days it had stopped cooling and the temperature displayed is around 25-30 degrees. I had booked a complaint through the customer care with service id Complaint Reference number 4325710522.The technician had visited and within 5 minutes he checked the problem is with gas leakage from a hole in the filter installed near to the compressor. He also informed that this problem didn’t arise from the user end but rather a manufacturing defect. Based on it I had requested for the replacement of the entire product since it’s not customer fault, the company is liable for providing an end product with no such defect. Also the warranty policy cover the issue arising from the negligence of customer but not in this case as the customer is nowhere involved in its improper functioning. On further complaint the service centre had arranged a senior technician visit who also agrees that the fault is with this specific product that too from the manufacturing end and user would never get to know about it.
I am “not” willing to accept any repair or change for any specific part. A single manufacturing defect puts a question mark on the working of the entire product even after this problem is dealt with.
Also to mention the customer care executives on call and on mail had been neglecting my complaint for a very long time. Even so there were scenarios where they had addressed the problem with the “air conditioner. This instances just frustrates a customer as the company is simply mocking them.

I purchased the home theatre on 12/Nov/2015. Later, I faced some issues with home theatre. Hence, I raised the many service requests with customer care, and after many follow ups, they arranged the service engineer at my place. Engineer checked everything, and he confirmed that the PCB (panel) needs to be replaced. Finally, the engineer came on January 2016 with new PCB, replaced the PCB with new one.
Yesterday, I was checking the serial number and model of the home theatre for raising service request as since 1 year, I have been facing an issue with home theatre. But, I am really shocked by noticing the model number which is a lower model (HT-F450RK) than which I had purchased (i.e. HT-453RK/XL).
Hence, I called to the samsung customer care to understand my issue. They raised the service request (i.e 3702070227) but they told me that i have to pay for everything as it’s out of warranty though it’s not my mistake. In fact, I was really cheated by the service engineer as he fixed the lower model PCB in my home theatre system. Even, price difference between HT-F453RK/XL and HT-F450RK models.
I am attaching all the supported proofs as the outside cabin has a company sticker which has the model and serial number as HT-F453RK/XL but in settings it is showing the model as HT-F450RK which is a lower model than HT-F453RK/XL.
Kindly please investigate and do the needful support on this issue
Kindly please don’t make me to loose the trust on SAMSUNG products as I am big fan of SAMSUNG and I have been using samsung products since longtime.
Samsung and Croma both have spoiled my time and money and harassed me a lot. I spoiled more than 5 days because of the inefficiency of your teams. I visited the Croma store in person for more than 8 times. Your store manager John talked me very inappropriately and started shouting in front of your staff and customer saying I have very high expectations. Your Customer service manager Gursukhmeet hung up on me and said I can’t do anything more than this.
While talking to Samsung, your executive told me to not to use Internet on this cause as it’s causing heating issues and lag. Another service engineer at the Samsung service center situated at Okhla asked me to wait for another 2-3 days for the resolution stating they need to install apps using mobile data as they don’t have WIFI at the service center. The phone had issues since the beginning and I’ve already highlighted them to Croma and Samsung both and nobody is willing to help.
I am getting late for work on a daily basis from the last two days, traveling in the metro, can’t transact anything as this phone number is registered everywhere. I am spoiling 2 hours before coming to offer and another 2 hours after coming from work. Today they issued a standby phone and asked me to return the phone once they return my phone. I explained them that I have to catch up a bus at 11:00 tonight as I am going to Dehradun and need my phone back.
Now they are asking me to visit the service center, return the devices which they gave me as a standby phone and after that only they will return my phone. They didn’t explain this process while issuing the standby phone else I would have not even opted for it. I am going to file a case in consumer court against Croma and Samsung booths and will also be reporting this issue to local authorities. Your manager doesn’t have manners and talked to me inappropriately. John has no right to raise his voice to me while he can’t provide any resolution.
He cannot use such words and say that my expectations are high.
I do have high expectations as I am with Croma and Samsung from many years.
I expected to use the phone for which I have paid the amount. As you are not helping and I can’t use my phone, I want my money back and I don’t want to do business with Croma and Samsung.
I am very disheartened the way I have been treated by Croma and Samsung. It’s a good strategy to raise voice on customers and shout so that they can’t do anything.
I have purchased 320 liters refrigerator from M[/s Gopi Agencies Kunjpura Road Karnal on 22.5.2018 and while poutting vegetables in it it was noticed that the body of the refrigerator is cracked behind vegetables tray at two places.The matter was immediately reported to your toll free no dealer and service centre and to my surprise without replacing the refrigerator my comploaint reference no 4261551325 was disposed of saying that article has been replaced by the dealer. Till date no action has been taken to replace the article by the company. I request you to intervene in the matter and replace my defective refrigerator immediately.

I was facing a problem with my Samsung microwave (Model Code : CE1031D/XTL). Error _quotE-22_quot was shown. I had contacted Samsung service and a service engineer by the name Mr. Pal was assigned. He visited our place and said it was a thermostat problem and also declared that it had to be replaced. He did the necessary work and charged ? 1000. After he went, I realized that the problem was still not resolved and the microwave oven was still not working after running it for a couple of minutes. The same E-22 was shown. I called him and informed about the same. He came to my house again. He removed some circuit from the appliance and told that he would take it with him for testing. He came back after a few days to fit the circuit. But the problem was not solved. He told he would come again. Next time, he kept postponing his visit and he finally started ignoring my calls. I lodged a new service request at Samsung (Service order:4252785892). Service engineer DEEPAK was assigned the job. However he did not turn up and I was not able to contact him. After a few days, the service request got automatically cancelled. Being busy, I could not keep complaining repeatedly and I gave up. The microwave oven stayed in the dysfunctional state. After a few months, I re-lodged a service request at Samsung (Service Order : 4262294691). This time again Mr. Pal was assigned. He did not turn up as well and after a few days the service request got cancelled. I made another service request (Service Order : 4262811992). That too did not help in any way as this too got automatically cancelled.
So basically I have made service requests for the 4th time without my problem being solved, plus I had to pay ?1000. Please suggest what I should do to get the microwave over repaired.

We are having a terrible experience with your service team as we are complaining for our fridge repair since last week but no one from samsung is visiting us. There was one engineer who visited us , but he was a fraud as first he told us that total amount for repair is 3600 Rs ,and when we gave him advance of 1500 Rs , he told us that total payment for repair would be 6,000 Rs. Such a big fraudster! . We told him okay we are ready to pay him amount, but first he has to repair our fridge and then we will pay him, but this person told us that you have to first pay FULL ADVANCE AMOUNT and then he will repair after 1 week.
Is this the type of service experience you are providing us ? Your engineers are so cunning. Its been more than a week , since our fridge is not working and we are complaining everyday since last week, two times in a day and no one is visiting us.
Its definitely sure, we will not buy any more products from samsung from next time.

I am a loyal patron of Samsung products and almost all appliances at my home are of Samsung. However, I am very disappointed with respect to the service response which I have received for my Samsung Washing machine which has recently covered 6 years in service.
I purchased semi automatic machine in Feb 2012.
As the spin and drier unit has stopped functioning, I made first complaint ( complaint No 4260155924)on 10th May 2018. The service engineer visited and placed order for replacement of few parts including spin basket which he informed will take 3-4 days to come. Later upon cross checking on status, I was informed that the complaint no was abruptly closed without any information or issue closure.
Again on 15th May, another complaint (No. 4260477989 ) was registered by me on customer care. Afterwards, service team informed me that since spin basket is out of service warranty, they wouldn’t be able to procure or replace parts and Samsung has no accountability, whatsoever, to offer any solution to my problem and upon little prodding the response became only more rude.
I am not able to understand that although machine has covered it’s warranty life, but is Samsung expecting every middle class person to replace complete machine everytime there is a single component failure without any other support? If this is the case, then I want a confirmation on this regard in written so that future customers & my acquaintances can be made aware of this.
I remember seeing Samsung Service Ad of blind hostel which was very moving assuring fast and positive response to customers across regions and the practical image created is exact antithesis of that shown in the advertisement.
Requesting your view and response on the issue about how the matter was handled and clarity if Samsung will not be supporting and harassing a senior citizen like me into buying a new machine without any suitable proposition from your end.
This complaint was mailed to Mr. H.C.Hong, the managing director and also to support team on 18.05.2018. I have received the reply from support India that the said part is not available. However, no reply from the managing director side.
