Recently I brought a Vega curler from Amazon.in When I was using it suddenly it just stopped working . Its just been one month and it was the second time me using it . There is a 2 year warranty given . Please help
I bought a vega helmet from Amazon.in. Within a few days the right side visor screw came out (may be due to loose fitting) and dropped on road. I had no other way but to ask for a new set of screw from Amazon who, in turn directed to you. I paid in full in advance. I don’t understand why from so many couriers you choose ‘India Post’?

Firstly nobody is answering my phone on your customer care number. I am trying since last two days.As My hair straightener was not working. It was showing error too and not heated properly.

Dear Sir,
Complaint : Spark during switch on and off button.
This is to inform you that we have purchased VEGA PRO FEEL HAIR DRYER 1600 on 2nd of Oct 16. The burning smell and spark is coming during switch on and off the buttons.
We are afraid of using this product due to safety concerns.
We bought this product as we have a strong believe in quality, brand and customer service of VEGA.
We request you to replace or rectify the problem.
