Tradesy operates as a marketplace, connecting both buyers and sellers. Product categories include clothing, bags, shoes and accessories such as jewelry, bags, wallets, belts, sunglasses, hats, scarves, watches and perfume.
The platform features designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Michael Kors, Gucci, Coach, Tiffany & Co, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Prada, Rolex, Jimmy Choo, Burberry and Hermes. Incredibly poor customer service. This company has proven incapable of providing a response to my CS issue, telling me time and time again that a Supervisor will need to call me back and then either the supervisor does not call or calls so far outside of business hours that I am no longer by my phone when the call comes in (and doesn’t bother to leave a message with a call back number). Yesterdays example: I was told that the supervisor would call me back within 20 minutes to an hour at 3pm EST, they did attempt a call back at 8:53pm and did not leave a message with a call back number at that time so I get to play this game all over again with them tomorrow again… this has been going on for two weeks now with no resolution in sight.
I’m very disappointed with the service. I’m waiting more than 7 days for a credit and when I call to check on it I’m disconnected twice! Now sure about selling more stuff on this site!
