I’ve been going to Sears over 20yrs. My glasses are only months old I took to get adjusted and woman bent my frames, can’t even close them. They cost me over $500 out of pocket. I’m not satisfied with my bent frames I want them replaced.
I have been going to Sears Optical in Key West Florida for quite a long time.
Let me say I will never go back. Dr. Nicole Cremata is the worst. In April she wrote my prescription. When I got the glasses I could not see at all. They kept saying “oh you have to adjust”. Adjust? I can’t see! Nobody would believe me! So I went back a second time Cremata was so nasty! She blamed this all on my Syogrens & dry eyes. Second script she wrote I could see better in distance but when I got to work I couldn’t see anything on my computer!! So the third time I made appointment with Dr. West. He was great. He said both my prescriptions were wrong!! & wrote me another one. So today July 8 I still can’t see. & both new pairs of glasses regular & sunglasses have different prescriptions in them!! I can’t believe this is happening. I just want to be able to see clearly. I never had so much trouble with glasses!! So be aware just because Sears has BOGO I won’t go back!!
I have been a customer at sears optical for the past couple of years at westland mall sears optical. Have had some good experiences some bad. But after today i will no longer be taking my business there. I refuse to keep going some where and keep getting bad customer service. My son had a contact install training class which they scheduled him at 11:30. I get there they was under staff ok cool the guy stated that the doctor and his assistant will be in at 12 so i sit there patiently waiting. No doctor no doctor assistant. But another staff came aboard i he didnt try to assist us. He went to assist other customers remind you we was the next customers to be helped and we was patiently waiting he over looked up of course and assist his kind. He didnt bother to see who was next. The guy santiago is always rude… i will not be returning back there at all im so feed up with their services. Taking me and my family business else where.
Both Sear Optical Offices closed in Raleigh NC and other areas in NC how can I receive a refund for the One Year Eyewear Protection Plans I purchased that I have been unable to use?
Please take me OFF your mailing and contact list. I went to the Sears Optical at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem 2 1/2 years ago. The sales lady was very pushy the glasses were very heavy and big for my face. I took them back to the gentleman who was very rude said “you can not bring them back or come and I am noting your account”. The sign says Customer Service Guaranteed. I have not been happy with the glasses that I have.
