About Safaricom

I bought 325 MB bundles for shs65.00 and the balance is showing nil yet I had not used the bundles. I tried to call you on 100 using my cell number but you can not hear me and I can hear you.
Very disappointed in the service if Safricom. We have tried our hardest to speak to somebody in connection with either our company Megalith mining or Safricom advise us on erecting a repeater in the Tsavo west region 70 km from Voi town. We have signal but very weak and interrupted. We have no success in two weeks of any help at all. We are now going to revert to a private company to supply our internet., I think your service and sales should be looked at in the near future
