I can’t use my phone number to make call since yesterday and all my efforts to get through to talk customer care all prove to be abortive.
This Telecom network really need to be worked upon,transaction cannot be carried with my glo line. Its either MMI connection failed or its system malfunction, any of my bank codes been given to me can’t be use with my glo line. If really this network rules my world,then glo network system need to be upgraded!I thought it’s going to be different this year,but it’s still the same old story. Banking codes are available for us but glo customer”I” can’t use it because of the malfunctioning issue with GLO. Thanks
