Trying to verify my online order today! Very difficult for seniors! Please help to make sure order is complete ! Have not received confirmation via e-mail. How long should this take!
I Have shopped at Reitmans for many years. Very disappointed in their customer service, first time ordered item to be delivered it never arrived this experience has been a nightmare!
I made a purchase at one of your retail stores (Marystown NL). I left the store and one of the employees stopped me inside another store and accused me of shoplifting a sweater. I had the receipt in my hand where I had paid for it. Is this the policy of your stores!!!! I was upset and embarrassed!
Just had a disappointing experience at the Reitman’s Hawkesbury, ON. I am looking for jeans that I have bought from Reitman’s for the past 9 years. First, it was 11:00 a.m. on December 19th and there was only one woman present and she was stuck at the cash with three customers in a row. No one else in site to help customers shopping in the store. I waited patiently. I ask the woman for the style of jean I was looking for and she shows me only one style of that jean. When I asked for different colour and she shrugs her shoulders and tells me I can order on line. I point out to her the date and my concern of having to wait at Christmas. I expressed to her that as a client that has come into the store to buy a product and that product is unavailable is frustrating for the client. She then says to me that “I don’t have to be rude to her”. I am now insulted, I did not raise my voice and explained to her that I was blaming her personally and I was aware she was not responsible for the ordering. I then asked her to relate this to her company. Rudeness is not something I have encountered here before.
This is not the first time I have gone in Reitman’s for a product that is not available but more often than that the size of that product is sold out.
I believe that finally you have lost a client and I have bought from Reitman’s for many years but I am afraid I am not inclined to return again. There are enough choices out there and Reitman’s would do well to remember that.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service i experienced today at Reitmans in SSM at the Great Northern Rd location. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the past 6 years plus. I happen to try to return a pair of leggings that were too big and a sweater i had bought to try on at home. Because i took the tags off (but still had with the items) i was unable to return the items. I am planning to NOT ever shop again at this location and likely not again at any Reitmans stores. The store clerk made me feel like an idiot for taking the tag off and also for thinking i could return a pair of leggings (not worn). So frustrated and mad right now. Thanks

I debated whether or not to send this email because I only make a habit of sending emails for positive reasons. However, after my last visit to the Reitman’s location in London, Ontario (Hyde Park location), I feel that I need to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is sub-par at best and it is affecting my shopping experience. I am not alone in this feeling as several of my friends have made similar observations. Here are some examples of what I am referring to:
1. Out of my last 4 shopping experiences at this location, I’ve only been acknowledged once during my shopping experience. The other 3 visits I spent at least 10-15 minutes in the store. No one said hello. No one asked if I needed help. No one said have a good day when I left. In fact, no one even looked at me or acknowledged that I was even there. The 3 times I was ignored, the sales representatives were talking at the counter. On one occasion they were actually discussing how they still needed to meet their sales target for the week. Quite ironic (and a wee bit humorous), since a paying customer was actually in the store and being ignored.
2. Yesterday I tried on 6 items. I liked two of them but I needed different sizes. In the time it took me to try on all 6 items not one sales representative spoke to me or asked if I needed a different size. The store wasn’t busy. There was only one other customer besides me (and she wasn’t getting any help either). Needless to say, I could have left the change room and located the correct sizes, but out of frustration, I left the store without purchasing the two items I liked.
I am not a high maintenance person nor do I expect much from my shopping experience other than a “hello”, “Can I help you with anything” or “do you need another size”. I feel that Reitman’s has worked hard to improve the type of clothing they are offering (more stylish and more current). I have been purchasing more from Reitman’s over the past year. However customer service is an important part of the shopping experience. Everyone deserves to be acknowledged and treated with respect. This is not the case at your London Hyde Park Location.. Unfortunately, it is making me think twice about shopping at your store. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. I just want to change the shopping experience for customers. Without customers… you’ve got nothing.
Thank you for your time.

I have waited on your customer service phone line for over 1/2 hour – NOT GOOD enough!
Dec 28th I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from your South Surrey Store, paid for and was advised would take 5 to 7 days to arrive. I has now be 15 days and no word at all from you. My initial email from you on Dec 28th said you would contact me when items were shipped – have not been advised as yet?
Order #1058026145122818 placed store#1058 on 12/28/2108
I would appreciate a response a.s.a.p.
I have purchased women’s jeans at Reitman’s for many years. I really dislike the distressed look and am really hoping that you will again offer dark jeans like you did for years. Not everyone likes the distressed look.
Greetings from Fabulous Halifax ! I was SHOCKED to see WRINKLED NEW COATS being placed on displays in your Halifax area stores ! This is not the way to convince your shoppers that you are selling quality garments! THE SLEPT-IN LOOK IS NOT THE FASHION – HOPEFULLY. What ever happened to the decades old tradition of STEAMING OUT THE WRINKLES before such coats are displayed ?
This will affect your national sales. Thank you for considering my comments.

I am beyond blown away by the services my mother had the other day at your Brockville location….
She was returning an item, the “store manager” was on cash while training a new girl.
my mom went to return her item, the “manager” asked if she could put in on a gift card for her as it was policy?
I have never heard of that before… maybe if the paper work didn’t add up or something… but she had all the receipts and it had not been over the month time frame , yet this woman bullied my mother into placing it on a gift card.,…
and this is NOT the first customer this has happened to.
Now since I work in the area, I am fortunate enough to know when this woman is working as I know what kind of car she drives… I have several people who have asked me to peak out and see if this woman’s car is there, if not they go shopping…
I now have to return my mother items, because she is terrified to go back into the store in case this woman is there.
this store is giving our community such a bad rep…. I would look into this if I was from corporate … I knew some people who have worked under this woman…. and lets just say NO ONE has said anything kind…
please don’t ignore this customer complaint…. you guys NEED to do something… because I truly miss shopping there.
I also do not want to give my name or my email address because like i said I do work in the area, and I DO NOT need her contacting me.
