I purchased double bed, mattress and 4 seater dinning set in Pune. Home town delivered bench and dinning table in December with high chair with is of no use for me since last 3months. Now after putting so many emails and follow up now they wish to deliver. However my interest has gone and now not interested to take the new chair and intact put in request to take back the table and bench as well. Till date no one has come to take this
I had purchased a Murano shoe rack from your home town outlet in Aurangabad prozone mall which have been damged within a week after being fitted called numerous number of time and you people are ignoring . People from your side are taking my complain regarding repair of your damged product very lightly . Every time they r saying tommorow our person will come at your place . I hereby would like to inform not to take lightly my complain and don’t force me to go to CONSUMER FORUM . I need to repair it today at any cost.
