The same thing is happening with my subscription. I got this message that Globoplay is not included! That’s not right, cause it shows on my sling account. Need to be fixed, I guess. This is the first time for me. I have been using the service for more than 2 years.

What is the global play problem. For the last 4 days the system isn’t available. And the customer service phone number is back to last century, awaiting the whole day.
