I ordered items a month ago and have not recieved anything and they will not e-mail me. No way to contact them so they stole my money. There is no phne number to call these people. I spent over $100. for my items and delivery. Anyone have any ideas how I can contack these people? Like I said, they do not answer my e-mails or even call me.
Clearly this site is not legitimate and all allowance of any sale needs to be stopped because you are taking peoples money for merchandise that is either the wrong size or nothing like the advertisement, and then returning the items becomes literally impossible. This should be against the law. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes 2 of which didn’t fit and look nothing like the advertisement. I paid $61.94 in September 2021. I have been trying to return them to no avail. I was told to send to an address in walnut California for a ticket but when I did so the mail was sent back to me stating” no such number”. It is now November and I have yet to receive a valid response as to how I can receive a refund.
I ordered two dresses which arrived within a month. Neither of the dresses fit as described, so I requested a return. I received a response that the warehouse is in Hong Kong and received no other response. I responded that I wanted to return the items anyway and did not receive a response. For future online orders, I will ensure that there is a clearly documented return policy. Do not order from this site.
I ordered 5 dresses. Two were not the same as the photos on their site. Four of the five were not the correct sizes, more specifically two fit my lower half but the bust sizes were extremely small for a 3xl.
There is no straightforward instructions for returns and exchanges. Contacted customer support and was told by email that I would have to pay for return shipping to Hong Kong. When I asked how much that would cost I was told:
“Dear customer:
the cost you need to check with your local express company.
the cost charged by them if you return package.”
Avoid the company.
What they practice is known as “bait & switch”. They “lure” you in with super low discounted prices and a “free gift” from their selection per each item purchased! THEN they will email you and tell you more than half the items you ordered are out of stock! I wear a size 11 shoe, which is also a 44. The boots came in a size 43, too small, too tight. Returned items MUST be sent to Hong Kong which costs more than the items. SHEESH! Do yourself a favor and remember the old saying “when it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”!!!
First, I ordered a pair of silver shoes which I have not yet to receive confirmation of an email. I would like to cancel that order. I ordered a pair of boyfriend cut jeans tonight which I was told the order didn’t go through. So, I ordered the same jeans again which was the second time. I don’t understand why I received a message stating that order did not go through. At this point, I want to cancel all my orders! I am no longer interested in your merchandise!!!
