  1. I agree with the underlying message in the above complaints.

The customer service hotline is quite dreadful.

It’s a nightmare trying to get through and a double nightmare finding someone to speak to when CMHK actually answers the call.

The whole system seems designed to deter complaints rather than help solve them

  2. I’m really having headache with your line recently, why can’t you do like the other lines did , provide a specific number that when someone have problems will just call and explain instead of this customer number that keep repeating same thing

  3. Do you have normal customer service e-mail, live chats that can answer customers in English and not make new problems for me as because of your Chinese service now I have great troubles

    Dear Sir
I have a China Mobile Connection 18221852329 , I am from India and visit Shanghai regularly , I have lost my SIM card , How to get a Duplicate Sim card and reactivate my number by putting money. Please advise I am coming to Shanghai on 15 March 2018 for 7 days.

  5. Everytime I tried to make a phone call I would get a message saying that my number is not in service. What can I do? With the language barrier in mainland China it doesn’t Really help. As with the customer services hotline is not very useful as the operator voice prompts are all in Mandarin.
