I logged a complaint, up to now i still havent received my material due to truck breakdown. The store is servicing a lot of areas around Northam, please improve.
I would like to lay a complaint about Pongola branch,those people have no customer service,I’ve been calling the store since 8 in the morning even during the day they don’t pick up,what irritates me is that they then put the phone off the hook,what kind of nonsense is that? What I wanted to ask was important.
If they can’t do their work they should just leave work to people who really need it.

I’m so disappointed with the service I received at cashbuild branch in Jouberton tower mall,I opened a card savings with them and had been depositing money so that when I start building I could buy material only to be told that my card service is offline and has been so for a long time. Surprisingly I also transferred money yesterday at the same branch only to be told the following day the system is offline and have to buy material in Klerksdorp branch.
I am very disappointed with the enamel paint , I have bought black paint and it was okay but the white is thin , I have to apply 3 coats . They must try to improve .
I’m so very disappointed by the product I bought from cash build matatiele. Last year I bought paving bricks at matatiele cash build around November surprisingly they are now having holes I’m very hurt because I spent my last savings hoping to get something genuine since cash build is a well know hardware with guaranteed products
Went to cash build in Kenako Mall to purchase a 20l paint as i was looking at the paints that was stacked in the middle of the isle there was no prices so i went to the lady in front desk i greeted her twice and she just nodded her head and i asked her how much are the 20l durum paints and she just asked me wich one coz there are too many and before I could answer she showed me the other side and said i must go and looked over there that is were the prices are at . I thank the guy who looked at me as i was lost which way to get the prices he quickly greated me and helped that lady had no name tag but wears glases .
I wish to complain about the service that have I received at one of your branch(Cashbuild Diepsloot) at around 12:30 date 14/11/2020.Firstly I waited the for 45 minutes just to find out how long will it take for the supplier to deliver the stock and if whether they have stock or not. the lady by the name of Nombuso Nene (customer care) was busy with a customer opening up an account. what I failed to understand is that she was the only one to assist in the whole store after she saw that we where being agitated she said I must look for the store Manager for assistance(Hendrick).Â
 I am complaining because of the lack of customer service that I have experienced from the Store Manager, he could not go an extra mile in helping me to get what I am looking for. I had to initiate for him to check if we order the 12 pallets from the supplier how long will it take and he could not even make a call however kept on saying order first then will take it from the even if I told him that I need the Pallets between the 16 and the 17 he kept on saying order will take it from the. how can I pay for something not knowing when will I receive it as I mentioned that I need it urgently, which was 12 pallets.
I left the store feeling like I was undermined/judged and I was not happy at all. On my way out I called Head office just to find out if the is a nearest branch around and the lady told me Oliven I spoke to the guy by the name of Thabo or Themba what an excellent service he provided, before he can finish up the conversation I told him stop boss I’m on the as he knew what service is(Strive for excellence), Diepsloot branch needs team members like you keep up the good work.Â
 In conclusion why didn’t Hendrick call other stores to find out if they have stock and let me pay at his store and he will deliver from a different store or it does not work that way? I had to drive 20 kilometers just because of someone not going an extra mile.

Cash build Lusikisiki can you please be transparent to customers when making online payment.I purchased goods yesterday then when I asked to collect I was told money will reflect on their system today,so I must come today for collection,no time specification given.I went to the store then I’m told they are waiting for head office to confirm payment,that was never mentioned yesterday.I phoned head office several times until now,I’m being transferred from one consultant to another.
I’m starting to think maybe my R15000 is nothing compared to big cash they are used to,but I’m really frustrated.Just mere explanation to make me understand their processes
Bought cement on Saturday 22 August and 5 days later no cement received, when I try to make a follow up with the store they keep giving me excuses. Very disappointed with cashbuild don’t think I’ll be paying at cashbuild anytime soon
Cashbuild you’re taking forever to transfer my money into my account. Money I was hoping to use for purchasing material at a later stage however urgently needed the money from last week to which I waited 48hours as Informed and today is the 6th day since I’ve been waiting. I think you lost me when it comes to purchasing from you in future. There’s always a competitor.
