About Carousel Buffet
Carousel Buffet is a buffet restaurant located within Royal Plaza on Scotts Hotel, Singapore. The award-winning restaurant is popular for the Asian and Mediterranean buffets. You also have seafood counter in addition to Chinese, Japanese and Indian stations. The cold seafood station boast some of the best lobsters, prawns, crabs, oysters and scallops. You can find sushi, tempura and soba at the Japanese counter. There are three dessert counters for those with a sweet tooth.
For several years, the restaurant was named as the Best Buffet Restaurant Award by AsiaOne People’s Choice Foods. It also has won several other awards for its food and service.
