Today was the worst service and products from you I have ever had. Out of the 8 girls working at the Clair mount Ave store in Eau Claire, wi. The one that took our order knew nothing of what you had and did not ask for help. She seemed to not care if she was there or not. No smile, no greeting, no thank you or come again? Maybe that’s your company policies? Anyway instead of complaining to them and two girls were hanging on each other and the rest were loud and chatty. So I’m writing you here. The coffee was wrong, the croissant was hard like it was stale or lefr out over night? Not fresh like normal? This was at 1155 am and not all that busy at the time we were here.
