I took a Careem from Dubai Marina to Al ghadeer on 26/08/2020. I had a balance of 17aed on my account and the driver asked me to pay him. I did so in cash. On my next trip, the driver asked for the 17aed again. I need my account updated so that not every driver I travel with keeps asking me for the money.

Careem Customer Care is just playing passing the email game to one another.
I call careem customer care and did a humble request the customer services agent to get me connected to supervisor or team lead. The agent Mr Tabbasum reply me at 1.15 pm at 23rd August 2020 that team lead went to downstairs to attend his personal call.

As per careem customer services, driver cancelled my trip.
If the driver cancel the trip that is not my issue. It is drivers fault who cancel the ride without informing me. I know careem and i booked careem . I m not concerned what driver do and what fraudulent activity he did. That is not my concern. Careem is the brand name which i booked the ride from.
I want my rewards points and amount of Rs 757 yo be reflected in my fare transaction history.
I hope careem would take the responsibilty as a brand identity itself rather then blaming riders n drivers . I would appreciate that careem would solve his customer issue rather than giving lame excuses. Really upset with careem pathetic services.

I registered for Careem in Kuwait. Now I am living in Dubai. However, the currency shown in my Careem App is still Kuwait and I am being charged currency conversion fees for payments in UAE Dirhams. Help desk advised to delete the App and reinstall with new email etc but it gave no effect. I cannot transfer any credit to my wife since she has UAE tel no. Help desk says they cannot solve.
Highly pathetic service. They have deducted rs 1999 from my card 2 days ago. But my package is not activated yet and this is not working. I have contacted them 3-4 times but all in vain

I booked a ride for my family today.. careem Captain name is Noshad A and his vehicle number is White suzuki cultus BB-589.. i booked the ride to Saddar Rawalpindi and the Peak factor is 1.1 and total fare would be 300-350, However my family told me that the captain charged them 850 and the interesting thing is that the ride is not showing on my rides section nor i received any notification regarding the payment of ride.. it looks like he make my family fool because he knows i am not on that ride.. I need a Careem helpline contact number or someone from careem need to contact me…I have the screenshot of the ride booking in my cellphone.
I booked a careem today and I was shown the fair between rs.163-209. Even though i had a negative balance of rs.163, the maximum should still hage been around 500 since i had a promo code. However i was charged rs.1196 and when i opened to check mu account, the ride was not there! There is no history of.the ride at all! Kindly check that and refund me the excess
Careem policies are really becoming headache. They are not treating their customers well and drivers they are hiring are just a piece of crap. They don’t know how to use GPS and drivers every slowly like babies. On Ring road they are driving with just 60 km/h speed.
Yesterday 20th August 2019 I had a pathetic incident with CAREEM. I usually take rides while going back to my home after my work but yesterday I paid 1000rs to the Captain and asked him to transfer the remaining amount in my Wallet since I had to get a travelling package with that money after that even the Captain showed me that he has transferred the money and I got a confirmation message but I dont see any balance in my wallet cherry on the top my ride is also not appearing in the history nor I received any receipt for my ride on my email than where did my ride and my money gone? Since yesterday I am trying to contact them through emails but no response. In this guide me what is the other option left?
I booked taxi through careem Saudi but the driver of the taxi cancelled the booking and now I’m being charge with the 11Sar. I would like to complain about this why I’m being charge where the driver is the one cancelled the trip
I booked a ride from Nisbat Road to Nizami Street and the ride is not showing in my careem app. I dont even remember Car number and name of the captain. The approximated fare was 260-280 and the captain charged Rs. 1275/-. After completing the ride a blury picture of map was shown and the route he took was too long and we just came through a straight route. Now the ride has disappeared from my careem app. Kindly take strict action against this complaint.

I fed up with Careem policy regarding trips. Today I booked Careem for a trip in the city. 3 captains cancelled the rides and they wasted up my precious time. Not a single captain was ready to go my destination. Finally one captain reached me and told me that he is not ready to go my destination and told me cancel the ride. He refused to go. I am senior educationist. I am seriously thinking of having anti careem sessions for pathetic customer service of Careem Karachi. Shame on them. Now I am also charged outstanding of 188Pkr. What a way of treating consumers.
