Your website is terribly designed.It is impossible to quickly contact you.When I go to my order 9932487423 the tracking info comes up blank 2 items ordered with this were cancelled but this item should have been shipped. This is by far the worst website and customer service I have received ever on the Internet. I dare to buy a drone from BG and they sent me a defetive one. After exchanging emails for almost a month they offer to send me a refund for a third of the value of something that was not in working order to begin with. On top of that they offer me to buy myself a motherboard to fix myself the problem, me having no technical expertise whatsoever. I think this is an insult to your customers, you cannot treat people as if they were stupid. If you are thinking about buying anything from this store think again and go to aliexpress or similar sites. This is just not worth it.
I have not recieved my order. The order # is 59295743. It ws suppose to arrived by 1/25/19. But, it has not arrived yet. This is my 4th times cintacting you and i have not recieved a response. Please refund my $22.95 back to me. Otherwise I will report Banggood to Consummer Report and the Better Business Bereau.

I would suggest people to go elsewhere to shop. Banggood customer service is BS. You will be running in circles trying to get answers or help finding parts for something defective they sent you. I wish there was some way to report this company and get it shut down in the USA.

Don’t waste your time with Banggood. They are a dishonest company, who do nothing to put right their mistakes like warranty, and wrong item. They have invented their own rules to frustrate, like videos and photos. This is not a legal requirement, but they behave as if it is. They employ extremely thick staff. When it comes to rectifying their mistakes, they don’t want to refund postage, which is often more than the item, many of which are extremely poor quality

I purchased an E56 drone, flew it once, did not respond to transmitter and flew away, never found! I purchased a second one. One second flight one prop quit and crashed. The gear that turns the prop was broken, they sent me the gear for E58 which of course did not work on the E56. Service is quite inept.
I received a pair of trousers that are way too small.. My UK size is 42 which corresponded to an M in your sizes! they are even about 4 or 5 inches too short!! I would like a larger pair. What do I do?
I have tried for over an hour to request a replacement pair of women’s snow boots from your customer service site. Everything fell apart when your site required a photo of the boots we received today. That’s not a return policy, that’s a ridiculous requirement that makes me wish to not do business with your store.
