Hello, I’m currently unable to log in to my twitch account, which has my old phone number. I do not have Authy on the account, so I’m unable to login to Twitch to simply change the account and any support I attempt to get, leads me to Authy. Can I have the phone number changed or removed so I can use SMS, I do not wish to use Authy.
First, you should have a customer support number for situations like this…Second cause you’re of no help I’m deleting my account because this is bad business practice. Hello I’m having problem connecting to my twitch account and the reason why is because I had my account connected to my old phone so I can log in, it sends the password to phone so I can log in safely. Now I have a new phone and I can’t log in at all.

Why are there so many ads lately?
I am trying to watch my favorite streamers and as soon as I join I get a slew of ads but most of them are the same. I would be fine if it only happened when I first join a stream, this was how it was a few weeks back.
But lately, I get ads when I begin watching a stream and then ads every five minutes it seems. And once again they’re the same ads! This has really started rubbing me the wrong way. Please cut back on the lousy amount of ads.
One every now and then is fine but when a Streamer is in a really key point in their game, and I am taken away from their stream and to a ton of ads, only to return AFTER the excitement happens, it really turns me off.
Please fix this. I have enjoyed watching Twitch but this sudden barrage of ads is turning me off. It won’t matter how many ads you have running if nobody is there to watch them or to watch the streamers.

I made an Amazon prime account and I wanted to link it to my twitch account so I could get twitch prime. But it didn’t work. It said there is been a mistake try it in a few minutes later. I did it but it still didn’t work.

When I use Twitch on my Chrome Browser, I cannot see the chat and nor can i send messages. I do have theater mode off so I don’t know what to do. I have changed my password and everything. I can see chat on my phone and other browsers just not Chrome. Please help.
