Bought Soundbeats bluetooth earbuds for 40$, broke down after 10 months within warranty period. Seller has no intention of refunding me or supplying replacement product and I have been talking to them for over a month now. There is no freaking way to contact Aliexpress to sort this out because all they have under customer service is a stupid bot that gives you same answers over and over again. I bought an item for 39USD then any days later the seller came back and said there was a logistics issue which is a lie, they just did not ship my order. They told me to cancel the dispute and they will refund me but they did not. I rejected their request and aliexpress stepped claiming my evidence was invalid and that order was shipped. I had already bought the same item from someone else then they came back and said the order is shipped but can’t confirm the correct address. I just wanted my money back and now I’m so angry and disappointed with this pathetic service. They don’t look at the evidence and customer service agents don’t get back to you either.
Aliexpress is a lousy platform. I have been cheated by the seller 3x where they claimed they delivered but behind the chat clearly the seller said either they dont have stocks or products is different from what the picture shown but yet the tracker shown that the seller had delivered. Complaint to Aliexpress and they close my dispute and claimed invalid and asked for as proof of undeliver parcel. How can I proof it. My money just gone like that and those people work in Aliexpress not reliable they dont even check the evidence I have given.
I have ordered a watch on ali express on 13th May and still it has not been shipped and the exact price is $3.49 but the seller has withdrawn $3.57. Still I can’t contact the seller and also I cannot trust this site anymore because there’s no proper customer service for complaints. I’m so disappointed.

Same deal here. Brought an item of aliexpress 23/02/2021 still not received it contacted seller they said it was delivered, so I opened a dispute. Seller messaged saying it was returned to them due to logistical problems, which is probably a lie they just didn’t send it and keept my money, they asked if would cancel the dispute and they will refund my money, I declined there offer and now my dispute case has been closed. I think I am the recent one to be a victim, I ordered a phone from Doogee, one week later it develpoed some technical problems and I had to send it back for repair, Initially, they were so responsive to reply to my emails, It was on early Noember 2020 when I returned it, I was promised that I will receive it soon, The whole of November,december nothing was communicated to me about it, I contacted them to know their whereabouts on 21 January 2021, That day is when I was told it was shipped and I was given a tracking Number, Upto now have not even received it when I contact them they have turned to be Rude, It’s now 5 months later and have not yet received it, so I have lost the phone, and the other costs incurred when sending it back and also taxes that I was charged, the sore Name is DOOGEE OFFICIAL STORE, the worst customer service I have experinced in my life time, My point is that never buy and return it if you do dare count it as lost,

I bought products from a seller on aliexpress but instead of him shipping my parcel to the address that I gave him, he shipped it in France. I have written to them several time and they keep telling me that my parcel has been delivered for domestic sorting and this is 2 months already for something that was supposed to be delivered within a week. I ordered some items from a store on aliexpress called “I make up store” to months ago, the parcel was supposed to be delivered two weeks after the order was placed which was not the case. I contacted them to find out what was wrong, I was told that they had already shipped out my parcel that I should wait for it so, they gave me a tracking number. When I tracked the parcel, I realized that it was sent to another address and I went back to them and complain and they said it an error and that they will redirect the parcel to me. Ever since then I have been waiting and no positive response from them. Please help resolve this issue.
Come on AliExpress. From what I have read here you seem to have a lot of improvements to do on customer satisfaction.. I want to add my concerns. In as much as you stock a wide range of goods with the most affordable prices, my orders have always ended up in failure. The payment options you offer are limited. They exclude most of the international buyers. As a result we just end up admiring what we cannot buy even though we can afford to pay.
Please do not disadvantage anyone. Be open minded. Give us the option of using PayPal and Western Union. Everyone deserves a chance.

It would seem that there are a number of scams going on on aliexpress and nobody to tell it to. Any time you find a great deal on an item it is always sent to the wrong address and when you try to get a refund they only give you a portion of it back with no way to dispute it! As you cannot change the refund amount!! , really stay away from deals that seem to good I used to shop here all the time but I think I’m going to stop since they dont care if their customers are getting scammed and ripped off and left with no one who cares!
I’m trying to open a dispute about my order it’s says it was delivered and I never received anything in the mail but the took the money off my visa it was 2 pair of ladies leggings both @ $16.49 I would like a full refund but I can’t seem to get any answers or respond back the seller is telling to to open a dispute and all I want is a refund or 2 more pants delivered to me that I paid for but never received.. I have been told by the seller to put a dispute in after he said he would refund my money. I ordered tins 140 of them, they arrived in a box with no packaging and are all damaged. Tried to put a dispute in but when i went to upload photos it kept saying it was unsuccessfull, i have also tried to contact Aliexpress through the email provided but it bounced back. I thought the problem was with me not being able to figure out how to use their supposed customer service but after finding these comments it’s obvious that they just do NOT care. The terrible For Joy Store sent my order to the wrong address in the wrong state and neither they nor Aliexpress will get back in touch with me about their mistake. IF it was a mistake. Maybe these people regularly take a legitimate customer’s money and use it to send something to a friend or relative instead. When I received the email from usps saying my item was delivered I was happy but when I went to the mailbox there was nothing in the mail so I go to usps to track the package and it said it was delivered to a mail box in Grandview MO .I live in EVERETT WA 98201 and that is also the address on my Ali Express Shopper Profile. I never received my 2 outfits and opened up a dispute that was opened and closed . I could not upload my proof (screenshot) from usps but will include it in this email. I did tell the dispute email I sent that if u follow the usps tracking # and compare to my shopper profile address I have on file with Aliexpress you can clearly see my items were shipped to the wrong address and city and state.I also let the store know I never received I have heard back from no one n it really hard to get any one to respond back to me. I also thought my items were protected under the Ali Express money back guarantee. I never received these items . The items were shipped to the wrong address. How could the store I purchased from still get paid over a mistake they did and created and I notified them and I have heard nothing from no one.
The first time I used Aliexpress I ordered a specific item that the posted a link to. When I paid the seller then told me it will cost another $41 shipping , even after the seller knew I was in the UK. I asked the seller to cancel the order. I then clicked the cancel order button. After a day the order is in processing and not cancelled. I can only open a dispute after the item has been dispatched. As everyone else has been saying here. You CANNOT contact customer services to resolve an issue. The sellers know this. Aliexpress – AVOID. It’s the only site on the net that runs my pc cpu at near 100%. Why? They need to look at the eBay/Amazon model.
Omg, i read all the comments they were all mad customers like me. I never ordered from them but ive got charged 2x of the same amount and ive noticed just recently and my bank said they can’t do anything about it if it more than 90days, and guess what the charge was from aliexpress. Hi Jc i have just discovered that money has been taken out of my account from Aliexpress but i have never shopped with them so isnt that fraud? turns out it cant be easily fixed (like i thought) by my bank to stop them from doing this again which is terrible. what did you do? i was told to email them but i cant even find that.

Personally, I have spent more time trying to contact AliExpress than my paperwork at work. 1. No response by phone w/ same Chinese Lady- ironically stating ‘press option 3 for customer support issue (god knows a formality they intend to never respond to- instead basing approach on law of percentages that 75% won’t bother &odds are we make lots of $ regardless)- that never responds
2. If you try different extensions randomlyyou will find the same guy’s on all of them &ofc- no response..

Indeed. This shop will never work here in Europe. I am working with a local company, where we do implement Alibaba’s CLoud technology. The problem Alibaba has indirectly through this Aliexpress shop, is that they are NOT compliant to customer protection laws here of Europe. To have a dispute lasting for weeks, where seller is showing fake papers where you can see that he “delivered” in 10 days from China to Europe and I dod NOT RECEIVE anything, where other serious sellers sent the goods via the AliExpress Tracker, and they arrived in almost 6 weeks. A little bit long, but they arrived! Aliexpress isnt just saying that this prove of a fake delivery is OK for them, so they do NOT refund, despite the fact that they show on customer protection text, that they do protect customer from this fraudulent way some sellers are abusing!
So yes, I am ready with all the others to start actions to have them taking position to these frauds. But as you said, not possible to contact them! That’s the way they do HIDE form customers. And they do have no single clue of these frauds, because they are not interested! They do simply continue sending satisfaction surveys, and offers to buy new products!
AliExpress seems good in (nearly) everything but the customer services.
The failure to provide the the opportunity to communicate with the customer service team is, in my view, an intentional neglect of the customer’s right that amounts to intentional theft. Personally, I’ve been fraudulent on over 8 different requests. I contacted @AliExpress_EN on Twitter, to no avail. They do not respond to or care about customers inquiries.
I’m upset that the option to use Paypal was offered as a standard payment choice for two items I recently purchased. I just saw my credit card bill and I was charged $10 fees for each of those tranwsactions in addition to the regular purchase price. I called my credit card company and was told Aliexpress was considering that purchase to be a cash buy instead of a credit card purchase so the transaction fees were applied. I am angry! There was no mention of this when I was checking out, and it I knew the additional fees were going to be applied, I would have bought from a different online site or used my regular credit card checkout to avoid the additional (ridiculous!) fees. I will never use the Paypal option on that site again. I thought adding Paypal was supposed to be a convenience for non-Chinese online consumers. Il would appreciate having those fees reversed out of my account–but I doubt that’s going to happen. I am angry about this!!
My credit card company said several people had already contacted them to find out what the fees were and to complain about it. Please forward my comment and complaint to Aliexpress. Thank you.

you guys have the worst customer service/ expert team ever! Aliexpress blocks you from contacting customer service on the live chat where you’re stuck with the dumb Eva bot that sucks. When you can actually get a hold of customer service they say oh aliexpress is on your side and wants to help but turn around and ignore what I’m asking and don’t do anything helpful. I’m tired of talking to multiple people on the expert team who doesn’t even have a clue on what’s going on. It would be nice if I could get in touch with one specific person who can actually help me! I’m a small boutique owner. I don’t want to keep shopping here with vendors, knowing that if i have another problem their customer service is trash..
exactly same thing happening here with me. After the dispute and more than 70 days not receiving my 2 orders from same seller, they had an nonsense No – reply email from customer service and blocked me from contacting them and everything described above actually happened to as well so this is their policy how to deal with customers.
I complain and dispute, as if by magic, they find the parcel which is supposed to be inflight for around six weeks, comes into the country. No admission of what happened, no apology. I was even accused of maybe missing it at the mailbox by Ali. These people have a lot to learn, and should have within 6 months of starting many years ago.
People need to contact their government and get reading platforms that don’t follow minimum local standards banned. Which will message trade platforms to behave or miss out in profit on many countries. The different amounts based on country above is discrimination, the charging over $300 freughg for an item around $1, is fraud often an unreasonable (invalid) contract, etc.
I have come to observe that some sellers on Aliexpress are just fortunate business owners who know nothing about business. I bout an item since last month, specifically a wedding dress for this month, yet the seller in her laziness bridged our agreement. I told her I don’t want free shipping, yet she went ahead to do a free shipping at the detriment of my wedding. And she’s not sorry about it. I have been a loyal regular buyer for AliExpress for since year 2001.
Recently I have noticed seller posting prices seems low but when I select my own Country (Australia) prices change dramatically higher. Selecting other country options as supply source resulting negative results.
This is a very very deliberate deceptive way of hiding real prices until the country of destination is selected.
I am getting the feeling that I can no longer trust AliExpress because of these mileisleading and deceptive selling practices. It is a total shame AliExpress allows and enchrouches this behaviour.

On 18 June I have entered on Ali Express and I saw some products among them a logo with cats (just for information I am a regular client of Ali Express). It was World Supermarket 2015 (the seller).The name of product is exactly ‘’ Cat Iron on Patch DIY Heat Transfer Sticker Appliques Clothing Fabric T-shirt’’ and the normal price of the product is 0.94 US and the shipping 0.39 US, with total order 1.33 US. Please find it attached.
They have sent to me SMS asking me for these products and I didn’t confirm them, meantime after some days I saw that the credit card has been used and has charged all the money that I have had. They have proceed 2 times with my card and charged 2 times 174, 88 US and the total amount is 349.76 US without my confirmation. Also, they pretend to have shipped the products with DHL. They have sent at my account the information as shipped and Order ID :8015738495765669 with amount 349.76 US.
How can I buy a product of that at the amount of 349.76 US? Also, a product that cost 0.94 US cannot have a shipping of that amount.
I asked them to turn back my money and after 2 days they answered me that they cannot do it, I am in really stressed and they do not attend to answer me. How can they use and take my money, so much money? I need urgent my money back otherwise that will not finish here. We are not stupid that this online page to take our money, to steal our money, and for my entire year these money were everything I have had to live.
Since I am a regular guest of Ali Express my CC information was saved at my account.
Also, I have been in contact with a lawyer to find the solution because I cannot tolerate that Ali Express to steal my money in that way.
Please, can you check it and let me know as soon as possible, what I need are only my money back, the amount of 349.76 US.
