Sellers need not worry about inventory or shipping as all of the same is taken care by suppliers and manufacturers. You can find a number of guides on starting a dropshipping business on the web. So I bought an item and I was told to cancel it cause it could not be shipped to my country. When I opened a dispute for a refund they gave me less than half the amount that I paid.
I have ordered a watch on ali express on 13th May and still it has not been shipped and the exact price is $3.49 but the seller has withdrawn $3.57. Still I can’t contact the seller and also I cannot trust this site anymore because there’s no proper customer service for complaints. I’m so disappointed.
Aliexpress is a lousy platform. I have been cheated by the seller 3x where they claimed they delivered but behind the chat clearly the seller said either they dont have stocks or products is different from what the picture shown but yet the tracker shown that the seller had delivered. Complaint to Aliexpress and they close my dispute and claimed invalid and asked for as proof of undeliver parcel. How can I proof it. My money just gone like that and those people work in Aliexpress not reliable they dont even check the evidence I have given.
I bought an item for 39USD then any days later the seller came back and said there was a logistics issue which is a lie, they just did not ship my order. They told me to cancel the dispute and they will refund me but they did not. I rejected their request and aliexpress stepped claiming my evidence was invalid and that order was shipped. I had already bought the same item from someone else then they came back and said the order is shipped but can’t confirm the correct address. I just wanted my money back and now I’m so angry and disappointed with this pathetic service. They don’t look at the evidence and customer service agents don’t get back to you either.
Bought Soundbeats bluetooth earbuds for 40$, broke down after 10 months within warranty period. Seller has no intention of refunding me or supplying replacement product and I have been talking to them for over a month now. There is no freaking way to contact Aliexpress to sort this out because all they have under customer service is a stupid bot that gives you same answers over and over again. Their aftersales support is laughable, never ever buying anything there that costs over 1$, shipping included
I have ordered numerous times and every time there is an issue (i.e. items missing, wrong items sent, etc.) the sellers and AliExpress refuse to refund me. The sellers tell me to contact AliExpress. AliExpress tells me to contact the seller. It is so frustrating. Pay the extra 20% and buy it on Amazon instead.
I order many items in the beginning of March and I didn’t receive NOTHING. What is going on? When I will receive my items? I’m very, very, very disappointed and I will never buy anything from this site. It is unbelievable and very frustrated for some people to wait MONTHS AND MONTHS for a pair of sandals, or beach costume or bags and so on!!!!
I ordered my item, ref order no. 8132667569504644.
In the tracking they said it was delivered. But I honestly never received the item. Then I placed a dispute. But AliExpress never invested or call me about this. They only send an email that payment had been released to the seller. Where is our protection on this as buyer and no proper investigation conducted. Pls be aware of this store “REALACC Official Store”.
My order has slept for more than 3 months in the origin country and has not even departed the country of origin until now as per Ali Express system. I demanded refund as I needed the money to re-order another shoes I wanted from other decent Online platform! It’s taking so much time already from their side – 81 days already to be exact since I ordered the item and the item has not arrived yet until now, June 11 2021. Apparently, Ali Express keeps me waiting for nothing! Their robot “Eva” is not even helping.
Buyers beware. If you are using AliExpress beware that the seller does not use SUNYOU for shipping. They send totally false information to the buyer, such as “Item arrived at airport of destination country”. This is not true. When you open a dispute with AliExpress the seller used the false information from SUNYOU to justify NO REFUND and tells you to be patient. I have been patient for 3 months and all AliExpress says is item is in transit, WAIT. I have submitted proof that no mail from China has come to my country since March 2020 but still AliExpress will not deal with the problem. They talk about customer protection but there is NONE. They are hoping to out last you so that you give up and loose.
I used Ali express for the first time 7th March 2021 to make a purchase over $30, I paid for it to be delivered to my house and my address and phone number was provided when I made the purchase. I am so disappointed. Till date my order has not been delivered, I can’t even find or track it online, I’ve tried to send them numerous emails but it keeps bouncing telling me their e-mail is full. This is fraudulent and I can never purchase anything again from aliexpress. I can imagine how much they are making from people all over the continent making purchase that they never deliver. I can’t even waste my time or stress myself anymore.
Received products not as described, offer the store the chance to pay for return and new product to description and the closed dispute resolved if I paid for return and sent the express delivery. Store and AliExpress considers this resolved…ha. I now simply want my money back and will not deal with this company any further…ripoff merchants
Searches and email alerts can be very deceptive. Often they will advertise a very specific product (with image) at an attractive price, but when you click on it you see get options to which the very item you were enticed to buy is 3x, 4x or even 10x more expensive. For example, I was interested in buying an electronic irrigation system advertised at $16.61 – listed as regular $63.88. However, upon following the link, the item that was $16.61 was a water splitter. The actual irrigation system that was shown on the email advertisement was $39.09 – supposedly originally $150.00. I bought one exactly like it last week on eBay for $29.99 so it’s all a “hook and bait” system.
I have the same experience as you. Even though the Aliexpress customer service representative agreed to my complaint of the poor quality of the beads, they still ask you for returning the goods by paying the shipment fee from Canada to China to get the full refund. This is unfair to the customer who got the poor quality of a product.
I will never ever buy anything from Aliexpress again! Never again in my life. I ordered 4 items from Aliexpress for $20. I was waiting for the parcel to be delivered. But then it was failed deliver which means I don’t receive any parcel. I opened a dispute, I kept telling them that I already called the local post office, and they said because there was a problem with the address on the parcel plus no contact number on it, so the returned my parcel back to the sender. Unfortunately, Aliexpress didn’t refund me the money, and said that ‘they assume I already picked up my parcel’. But I do have all the evidence that proof I am not lying. Also, the local post office sent me an email saying that my parcel was sent back to China, however, Aliexpress didn’t check my parcel on the website of my local post office at the same time. What they did is they only refereed to the reference from the logistic company, and again, Aliexpress said they assume I already picked up my parcel. This is a fraudulent and the customer service is very poor.
I would have liked to buy from aliexpress, still do’- but cannot. It is dysfunctional. They sent new password, twice even, did not work. Up pops a message ‘send missing information’ – and what might that be???? If it is a mobile number – no way. We get frustrated with too much advertising and having to spend time on texting – so no mobile number. Can one only buy from aliexpress when one gives a mobile number????Why do they send me advertising when they are so dysfunctional that I cannot buy from them?
They need to delete addresses who cannot buy from them. My money is only good enough for them if I give them a mobile number?
Do not order from AliExpress! I ordered a pair of fans for my laptop in the beginning of april. Still nothing, went to track my order and it says delivery problems and sent back to China. Contacted support but got no help. Then they released the payment to the seller, who left a weird review of me claiming that I dont know what computer model I have, and that I have ordered the wrong goods and then blaim it on the seller. Also, I have never been in touch with the seller, so this is just shady stuff.
I cant order more stuff from the App. The shipping is ridiculously high. The shipping is 10 to 1000 times the value of the product I want to buy.
I bought a set of baby bags from this app 23 July because I’m pregnant and I need the bag for my hospital needs..unfortunately I didn’t get my parcel but it shows delivered..I’m really disappointed and the seller is not willing for refund or looking for any solution..I have signed a certificate of goods not received which the seller requested for now the seller is requesting me to make contact direct with Ali Express platform.
I have successfully purchased several items via AliExpress but I now minded never to use this company ever again because they are, or have become, an irresponsible company, particularly when it comes to supporting a customer requesting a refund. It is their expressed policy to tell you to contact the (Chinese) seller in the first instance to try to arrive at a solution yourself before they will take any action on your part. But if the seller turns out to be uncooperative you are then supposed to be able to contact AliExpress in order to request that they arbitrate in the matter. However, it is almost impossible to do so, since you are only able to communicate with a fully automated robotic system which operating under the name of ‘Eva’ is delegated to handle your problem. But in my experience it is totally unfit for purpose as it can only provide the simplest of preprogrammed answers rather than addressing the issue in hand with the result that your communication appears as ‘unread’ or you are entered into a frustratingly endless loop and asked the same questions over and over again rather than getting an appropriate solution or even a communication confirming that your issue will subsequently be dealt.
There is no human intervention in the whole process! My own experience will aptly illustrate the extent of the problem. I recently purchased a laptop (Teclast F15 PRO) via Ali Express and was initially pleased with it but after a couple of weeks trying it out it stopped being able to charge the battery (I have another Teclast with the same charger so was able to eliminate the possibility that it was simply a charger fault) and then stopped working all together. Following AliExpress advice I attempted to contact the seller directly but was faced with a similar robotic system to that employed by AliExpress itself. It may have even been a second generation version since the robot changed it’s working name from time to time as you were shifted around the loop while trying to obtain the necessary answers (“I’m now going to hand you over to Lina who can help you with your problem.” “Hello I’m Lina. How can I help you today?”) etc as you are passed along a similar seemingly endless loop to endure the same set of procedural instruction and questions, while your part in these written communications remained unanswered, often for days. However, after a couple of annoying week I was informed that I could have a refund, if I sent the faulty item to the ‘Local Return Centre’ though it would take a month after receipt of the item. I then requested the full Local Return Centre address. A day or so later, no address but instead I received a site reference to go to. The site gave an explanation of how to obtain a free return label if you had opened a dispute procedure within 15 days of purchase.
I had not commenced a dispute because the laptop did not become faulty initially, in fact I had hardly used it at all, so much so that it even had the all left all the protection stickers still in place because I had not had time to fully test it. Nevertheless I was able to discover the local return address from an example of the free return label. I therefore posted faulty item in the original wrapping to the aforementioned address at my own expense by registered post, fully expecting to subsequently be informed about my refund. However, what actually happened was that the parcel was refused to be accepted at the destination and returned to me unopened. Thus now, as I stated in the beginning of this text, I am trapped in the AliExpress never ending useless loop substituted for real (human) customer service and am being led to the conclusion that the primary purpose of this automated system is simply to annoy and frustrate the customer to the point where he will surrender his warranty rights and give up his rightfully legal request for a refund. Perhaps foolishly, I am continuing expend my time and energy to communicate with a responsible human at AliExpress and am now more determined than ever that I will not allow them to get away with cheating me out of my deserved refund. Please keep this friendly warning in mind if you are considering purchasing any items or doing any business with this company
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I have been trying to unsubscribe from Ali Express and close my account but the only way (they say) to contact them is to log into an account in the first place. Tried that, every contact is via an automated system, impossible to speak to a human being. I am fed up to the back teeth trying to get hold of anyone, I’ve tried through email, WhatsApp, social media. Impossible!
They are totally corrupt towards their sellers. I bought a steam cleaner which I used within six hours of arriving and then it would not work. Followed the instructions to the book before starting the machine. Went back for arbitration with a video supporting evidence. The supplier said in some short note that it was not done the correct way and referred to a video that was not attached. You guessed it,”Alibaba and the more than a billion thieves” refuted my claim. I have subsequently opened up the machine to find that one of the components had come away from the boxing and the wires attached had melted due to being that close to the boiler. My order number 8138094453480370, and the trader was AliExpress – Shenzhen Yang Store DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – FRIENDLY WARNING.
Where do I start? Ordered several items on a couple prior occasions with little to no problems. On my third attempt to place an order I keep getting a payment failed notification. Mind you I’m using the same credit card on all transactions. So I have zero idea why all of a sudden I can’t. So I tried another card and got the same payment failed notification. The Help Centre gives different directions to follow based on the error code received, however there is no error code accompanying my payment failed notification so no luck there. Eva is a complete and utter waste of time and energy. After trying several different things I managed to get an actual person on live chat. They made promises the problem would be rectified…100% guaranteed were their exact words. I even got a ticket # to reference if I wanted to follow up. However the emails I get are generic pre- programmed crap that don’t address the issue AT ALL…and because they are automated you can’t respond to let them know this…so basically another useless dead end that does nothing but cause further distress and frustration. I started off liking AE, but now I can’t stand the company!! I’m just waiting for the outstanding items that are supposedly on its’ way to arrive…after which I will be promptly deleting the app forever and ever,
All this time i thought it was just me. I have shopped at AE for a number of years and i would say less than a third of orders have been “lost in transit.” When i contact the seller i normally get generic answers like check with your local post office or other such garbage. It takes at lest 3 emails before i get fed up and go all Karen on them. So, although they are slightly more expensive, i will be shopping from Wish, ive never a single parcel go missing and they
My parcel was lost and asked for refund for the seller. Opened the dispute and the seller asked to close it so they can send a new parcel to me. Dispute closed and new parcel never sent. Chat with Eva and she said she’s logged a request online and I will received a refund in 5 working days. None received. Tried to speak to a live agent again and it never got connected. Messaged seller as in why lie to me when they weren’t going to send the parcel in the first place and he just pretended innocent and kept the nonsense going.
Dreadful service from Aliexpress I returned an item and had to open a dispute to to get a refund. I have provided proof of posting and tracking numbers. After several weeks now I still have no refund. This ridiculous company is blaming me saying I have posted incorrectly the tracking information on Hermes states it was collected and on its way way to Box on couriers in January. I have been going round in circles with idiots claiming to be customer services as Hermes clearly lost the damn parcel I had to contact Hermes and asked them to trace it they have admitted to me in writing that they have lost it and Aliexpress need to put in a claim for it against Hermes as they have the contract with them not me. It clearly states this on Hermes website too. The incompetence of this company is staggering I was asked to provide video evidence of myself posting it I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. I don’t video myself doing anything ever let alone posting a bloody parcel. I will never use this company again will close my account and have posted notifications on all my social media platforms and my family is doing the same.
I used a company that trades on AliExpress called “everything wushu”. I ordered 2 ironwood wing chun poles from them for £444.60 with free shipping to the UK. I ordered the items in November 2021.
I had been in constant contact with everything wushu from November last year, to late February 2022. I was told that they (everything wushu) were having trouble with shipping due to Coronavirus, which I can understand.
I was then told by the aforementioned company that the poles had finally been shipped, which was obviously good news. Then about a week ago I received a package which contained 1 thin, bent, 6ft long wax wood pole, clearly not worth £444.60, and bearing in mind that the poles I ordered had the description, 2x dark 280cm (9ft 2 inches) long, tapered ironwood poles, around 4cm-2.5cm in diameter.
So in conclusion I’ve been trying to contact the aforementioned company to no avail, I’ve clearly been ripped off.
I have had a dispute going for a month and a half haven’t heard back from the seller or AliExpress. I made a second purchase on AliExpress the seller left me a message that said my item did not pass through customs they did not refund me. I’ve been leaving the messages they haven’t gone back to me either, what a poor poor business.
I ordered for the game console for my kid to be delivered to Canada, after paying the seller told me that they don’t ship to Canada ,they told me I cancel the order which I did, and they told me to wait for refund. While waiting for my refund I had received a message that they’ve charged another 48$.
I was so upset that I couldn’t find a place to send my opinion, so I asked again here. Order number: 8148501398944867 Even though the seller admitted that it was his fault, when I file a dispute, the seller asks for a test that I can no longer do. The LCD broke and I bought a new one. By the way, the seller tells me to check if it works with the broken LCD. What does this mean? In addition, AliExpress agrees to his requirement. Did you see my proof? Is this really fair and common sense?
I’ve ordered 2 things. For one I will not get a refund although I received nothing. The other things I can’t even put in a complaint and status is totally unclear. What is clear that I haven’t received it.
I ordered a bag from AliExpress on 8th August and on 9th August i received a notification from them about successful shipment of the product. I accidentally pressed the confirm order receipt option and exactly after a minute the product stayus changed to finished (delivered). I haven’t received my parcel yet. What should I do now?I don’t want to cancel the order.
2 parcels never came, opened disputes, sellers refused to give refund and Aliexpress decision: “dont refund”. Eva is a bad joke and buyers protection is just for commercial. Did not work. If seller says NOT to refund, thats it! Anyhow, I am preparing to close down my Aliexpress account.
