I have been using NOKIA phone for past few years and till now, I have found no problems with the handset.
So, on the earlier gained trust, I purchased the NOKIA LUMIA 710 on 28.01.2012.
But from the very first day, I am facing number of problems with this new handset :
1. screen hangs,
2. sluggish response, and
3. call sensor not works.
when contacted with the dealer (Spice Hotspot Retail Shop- D-A-4, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur ,New Delhi-110092, ph. no: 09560295145), they restored the phone setting and told that the problem has been resolved but problem persist as it was and more to it, I lost access to stored important data.
Again I contacted to the dealer & it was conveyed that there is issue with LUMIA 710 and nokia has accepted it, so the NOKIA CARE people will update the software and the problem will resolve. So i went to the nokia care on 13th Feb’12 and they updated the software of mobile. It took 4 hrs for them to update the software. On delivery they asked me to sign the jobsheet. So, I just signed the jobsheet with the remark “I am not sure with the job done by them, whether sorted out my problem or not”.again I lost all my data . The details of the Nokia care centre is:

Back home, I checked my mobile and found that first 2 problems (as i mentioned above),had been sorted out but the third one was still there. On 14th Feb’12, I went to dealer and also contacted to the Nokia care persons again and I was told that they had to update its software again but it didnt help me at all.
And now they are saying that they have to send the mobile for REPAIRING, to their workshop. and it will take 4 to 5 days.
My only mistake was my blind faith on NOKIA that’s why from the very first day I m going again and again to my dealer and to the Nokia care so that the problem can be sorted out.
Now my point is that whether it is the responsibility of a customer to take care of the manufacturing faults of a newly purchase product of a company or the company to get it replaced with new one.
So you are requested to:
Replace the mobile with the new one provided that you will take the responsibility for any hardware/software problem. Or
Refund the amount rs 15232 /- with additional amount of rs 5000/- due to the inconvenience caused.

I bought Nokia C3 in the month of July 2011. After one month from the date purchasing of mobile handset , it started showing hanging problem. I have given my mobile set to Nokia Care M/s. Citytel Services, P-II CIT Road, Kolkata-14 on 30.08.11 the Service Job sheet no. was 110830/S1. After removal of battery it is also observed the “Imie Cap inph” also was in open condition. The same was returned to me after 15 days duly repaired.
After 2 and half month my mobile set again showing same problem and approached to above Nokia care centre. They told me that it is first time complaint, as they have no data of earlier complaint and I have given my mobile set ( Job sheet no. 270504886/120107/25 dtd. 07.01.2012) and told me that it will take 7-10 days.
Pl. note that they have kept my battery inside the room and blamed me without verifying the fact, also misbehaved with me. As I have no other phone, I requested them pl. provide me a handset for using. On 04.02.2012, when I go for taking the delivery of my phone, they asked the amount Rs. 150/- for using of standby mobile set for 15 days.

I have purchased Nokia N8 from Chennai on 23/1/2012.In its pack its written an airtel offer such as “2gb internet is free for 6months with 2 months of 3G”…But now as i contacted Nokia custemer care(land no:04430303838) and Airtel Nodel office(mob no:9952434865) they say the offer is not there for 2012. I have proof from airtel and nokia site about the offer after 1/1/2012.I have even spent time and money to contact the two parties. Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention about my present plight using my NOKIA-X2-00. As far as my memory takes me it’s been almost a month and the handset has detoured to Noida for the third time of repairing (Job sheet no- 120102/S1).
Allow me to expound you on the situation. About a month ago, I submitted the disturbed handset at Moulali Nokia Care (Kolkata) which wasn’t accumulating charge after hours of charging, then they sent to Noida for repairing, the first time. After a week, when the handset reached me I was appalled to discover the same glitch to persist the next day too. Hence my second visit to Nokia Service Station. Now the service center deciphered the glitch as a battery problem thereby issuing me a fresh battery. Nonetheless the problem pursued, the very next day I realized the phone was the cause of the problem and hence was again suggested to send the handset to Noida for ten days afresh, the second time (job sheet no-111220/2). Now again after the transient deliverance of the handset, I met up with similar problem soon after two days. Frustrated I revisited the Service Center, where the officials seek two hours from my time to test the phone themselves by charging the handset. But almost failing my hopes, the Customer Representatives called up to inform that the phone necessitates a third time visit to Noida. As you see, this phone has got into my nerves and has thoroughly tested my patience to the extent of my extreme distasteful of even receiving the phone back from the service station.
As the situation speaks itself, I am quite disappointed to have been through such harassment especially hailing from a family of at least 15 Nokia handset users, with such trust and bonds all closing exceedingly to a naught. Therefore I leave this entire scenario under your sound judgement and assessment.

I bought a C6-00 mobile a year ago. Later came to know that it was a failure piece. Wandering around service centers regularly.
The TOUCH is not working now. Unfortunately, the warranty has expired before a couple of weeks. And these service guys are not at all willing to help!!! Not at all acceptable.
I had purchased C2-02 approximate 2 months back. It is a sliding phone with touch pad screen and unfortunately it is so delicate that because of using the touch pad frequently, the display is gone. I went to your Basant Vihar customer care and they informed that it is damaged and will not be considered under warranty. I told them that no such incident happened but they started blaming me and said that I might have put it somewhere along with keys etc. and therefore it is damaged.
I don’t know who you customer service head is, but the kind of response I received from your center is a shame on company like NOKIA.
I have already spend INR 500 (on fuel) on visiting the customer care approx. INR 100 on a telephone call to your customer service. Also, your customer service represetative said that I need to visit some other center. When I asked him that whether this can be done at other center, he was not sure so I don’t know why you people send customers to somewhere else without having complete information.
I don’t know, if you don’t collect it from my home and get it repaired, please let me know and I will prefer to throw it. BUT i will make sure that the experience goes to N number of people in this country or in fact across the globe and it is an era of internet….you just need to mark CC.
