I bought Nokia 8.1 on 26th Jan 2019 from Meher’s Mobile, Kiit Road Bhubaneswar, India. I had liking of “Nokia” as my 1st phone was Nokia much before it lost its market share significantly. Though I had a choice of other proven brand but I purchased my favourite Brand Nokia. But for me it has become a compromising purchase. Top left corner of Mobile set is “bent”, camera is “very ordinary”. Other features I will come to know gradually. Now I am not very hopeful of getting its performance more than ordinary. I am sorry to say Nokia Brand has gone down. Immediate arrange to Replace the set with a new one.

Please be informed that i took the new Nokia mobile 6.1 plus on 12th Oct 2018, however it was fine for 1 month using with one sim but now when we tried inserting two sim I am getting an error, as please ” Insert sim card/ No sim card”.
Kindly justify the below query-
1. How come the mobile stopped working as network error within 2 months ?
2. What are the quality checks done from the company before delivering the product to the customer?
3. Is this the way all the Nokia products are sent to the customer?
Kindly note i have reached the Nokia service center which is placed in Kormangala, Bangalore. After 2 hours of their investigation they gave the product with same issue without resolving it. Further they have requested 7-10 days to investigate on the product.
Justify below –
1. Nokia service center told they have worked on software, but it was requested for as Sim not recognized, hence do you require an software update or degrade if the compliance is raised for Sim issue?
2. They requested for 7-10 days to investigate further on the new product, is so many days required?
Need a reply to my email-id asap, need to know what is the checks done at your end before delivering the product to the customer.
Is this the way all the products are delivered to the customers, i have entirely lost the trust on Nokia products currently.

My phone (Nokia phone model number is C2-03) was repaired three times in your authorized service center (Neil communication C-10 1st floor sec-10 noida-201301). But again within two weeks I am facing the same problem regarding software. If am trying to get contact details of anyone in my list, it shows some error (Operation failed).
Since the time I gave my phone to your authorized service center, I am having more problems with my phone. I have to spend every half day at your office to get fixes. I need my phone back now.

I am a lover of Nokia since the time my dad bought a Nokia 1100 in 2002. Nokia phones are user friendly and I bought Nokia 2690 in 2010 for my mom
when I completed my 12th standard. Now I wanted to buy a smart phone but I feel no Nokia phones are good for my use and I bought Samsung galaxy y 5360. Here are some of my suggestions:
1. Nokia must introduce the toll free number system.

3. Make camera clarity on low end devices.
I have purchased a Nokia 5130 xpress music mobile handset.It was running properly and supporting almost good applications like Uc broswer ,Opera mini-6.1,many s-40 games.But near about 2 months it does not support any apps. I am using Vodafone network.Give me idead to resolve the problem.
Nokia service is very slow. I have a Lumia 710 which has poor battery back up and charging also fails. Nokia Hyderabad care doesnt fix the same. Poor service!!

The brand name is trustable but Nokia care response is irresponsible. I purchased a C2-00 hand set (IMEI 359029042695201, 359029042695219) from Poanta Sahib HP on Nov 23rd, 2011, my set was switched off and sent to Nokia care on Mar. 12th, 12. Neither problem was solved nor set returned to me yet. I contacted the Nokia care at Yamuna Nagar, Hariyana but nobody is interacting with me.
HI .. I have bought NOKIA E72 in the month of Dec’10, and since then I have been complaining of the Network issue. Finally I tried all the service providers for last 6 months and trust me I am facing same problem across all service providers. I have paid Rs 18000 for the NOKIA HANDSET trusting the Brand and its product. I never thogght that NOKIA has no any competency in SMART PHONES, and I dont realyy wonder that NOKIA has fallen on Face for last one year only because of poor products quality.
Since, last 1 year, since I purchased a product, i have visitied almost every 2 months for the same issue, everytime NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE guys give false promises that its been repaired, software been uploaded and many more. But still the problem remains the same. You may check my service history , abt the issue. Is this the NOKIA Quality of service and product ? …. I am also customer of iPHONE APPLE, just compared the service and product levels and learnt that NOKIA is no where compared to APPLE, BLACKBERRY and may be SAMSUNG.
I purchased a E-7 nokia mobile (product code 058C8Q5) from poorvika mobile shop Pollachi, near Coimbatore during april 2010 which is still in warrany period (warrany ref no GLBINY875803465). From the beginning this phone has some or the other problem. This phone frequently gets hanged. I gave this phone for repair four times to nokia care cenre for different malfunctions (adress: nokia care chandra complex,first floor, jewel rock road ,shimoga , karnataka , ph no :xx) . They told me that it was sent to the company two times out of four times for repair. I have not used this phone for almost four months during the last ten months while it had gone for repair.I had asked for a replacement last time but i had received the same phone after repair. But immmeditly after some days i gave the phone back to them for another repair . Most importantly the nokia care people here is irresponsible and have no care for the customers. Kindly help me out in getting a replacement phone or money back .

I have bought Nokia C2-06 before a month ago.But its not working properly. Every morning it gets hanged and total function stop working until its switched off. Evey time i need to switched off to use Mobile.
Is it its general problem or it can be solved? Please advice if any have solutions. Will Nokia Care help?

Dear Sir /Madam,
As you advised. Mr. Prashant to get in touch with me. After discussion he informed me to get in touch with repair center at Chowk, Lucknow.
Over there after checking the problem, they confirmed about their inability to rectify the problem telling that IC mismatch is not repairable. Also they confirmed that this can be repaired at an extra cost and would not be covered under warranty.
At last I can only say that when company gives warranty then client would understand that it covers all technical issues. I am not demanding any unwarranted service and only asking to resolve this technical issue.
Company if denies this then there is no point in telling customer that mobile come with warranty for any technical problem.
I cannot afford to purchase new mobiles every now and then and so decided to purchase Nokia only for it’s reliability and services. Your company is positioned as best in market for durability and customer support but my experience is exactly reverse of same. I am not going to sue you for this behavior of your service representative but takes an impression that I made a big mistake purchasing this mobile. It would have been better to buy a Chinese unbranded mobile at much lesser cost and face same problem without resolution.
I once again request you to resolve my problem and deliver the commitments made while selling the product.
