I have opened my account on June 29/2016. I didn’t maintain my account for around 1 year without any reason as I wasn’t serious about it. But I paid more than 5k as penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance. I paid it, because I love this bank and wanted to build a good relationship.
Its been approximately 2 years now after paying the penalty. I have already introduced 8 account holders. And most of them has lower amount of transactions, comparing to mine, but recieving much better and much more offers. Comparatively, I feel descriminated, as I hardly get any offers.
Forget about Credit cards, I am not even eligible for emi service though I am getting it from other sources like Zestmoney and KreditBee. I recieve credit card offers that are not preapproved, which I cannot apply, because online, application, service are not available in my state. I do understand that my state has been marked as risky zone due to past records. But all the people I am comparing with are my friends under the same zone.
Most of my friends, that I have introduced, have already recieved their preapproved credit cards. And they already have “preapproved” personal loans, two wheeler loans, car loans, etc as offers, even though they have lesser transactions records comparatively. Whereas, I don’t have any preapproved offers in my wall. My credit scores was 768 last time. And it should be improving by now
I am not making a solid allegations of descriminations. I am only sharing my feeling.
After paying a huge penalty, I am feeling descriminated. I request you to kindly consider my case, if what I have suggested is found out to be true in anyway.
As an aspiring entrepreneur, I desperately need a bank which can offer me a promising future to achieve my dreams. I will be ever grateful if you can provide me an opportunity to start somewhere, even if it is very small, to build a great future.

I’ve been making my EMI payments very diligently. There’s not a single transaction where I’ve defaulted.
Despite this, I’ve been getting repeated calls and SMS’s every month to make the payment. If there’s any defaulted payment, I’d need the statement of all my transactions.
I will then respond with providing details about payments made by me for every installment.
Also, if due to a miscommunication, my CIBIL score is affected, I’ll have to take this matter up in consumer court and also legally, if required.

I have applied for Hdfc Credit card on 14-Aug-18 and I have tracked the status of Hdfc Credit card via online but status mentioned was disapproved.
I would request you to you provide me with reason for disapproval of Hdfc Credit Card to me as this would help me in improving or eradicating the root cause for disapproval after which I would be eligible for applying for Credit card.
Even after having a priority salary account, I have a disheartening experience related to Credit Card ending with 9813. I have closed the card and asked for annual charges reversal but still not realized. I have committed initially for a life time free card.
I maintain savings acct with Hingane pune br and use net banking ( NB) As I forgot NB password I tried to re generate it But neither I received OTP on my mobile nor in my mail acct On visiting br I was told by branch staff that this facility is not available to senior citizen So I had to apply for it and get PW for which bank charged me Rs236/- which is totally unjustified as I was denied facility of re generating PW If this is the system for senior citizen then better to close accounts with HDFC Bank

Somehow, I have lost my number which was registered for credit card even I was changing my pin number but since it is sending OTP on my registered number i could not change it. I had send an written request to change my registered number and now it’s more than 8 days still it is not changed. This is very ridiculous, even i am not able to track the request status.

I am using HDFC credit card from 2014 and I have observed that HDFC has charged me many charges like ,service Tax, Cess Tax, KK Cess, Financial charge,
I have been told that there will be no charges on my card but still I have been charged also HDFC upgraded my card without asking me and has charged for that as well.

I want waiver of those charges or close my Credit card and Account with HDFC Bank.
Recently I have done a remittance from my bank in UAE to my bank in Canara. HDFC was the intermediary bank and because of the reason mentioned of incorrect IFSC code the money was returned to my account with AED215.00 short after 10 days. This has happened inspite of my bank in UAE confirming to you with the correct IFSC code. you have not informed the bank till I started chasing for my money. You have charged AED 4.50 as charges initially. You have kept for fund for youself for 10 days and sending back to me cutting some money as exchange loss is not at all justifiable. I am very sorry and disheartened to inform that I am a long time customer of HDFC Bank and do lot of transactions in your esteemed bank.
I am having a credit card no:xx of HDFC Bank. Due to some serious crisis for the last couple of months, I unable to pay the minimum amount due.
Also I am having three ongoing loans with the Bank and a regular pay master of the EMI’s. This month I have transferred my EMI’s amounting to Rs.29000 in my SB Account No 07181140091604 at Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata branch.
Suddenly my Account becomes hold by the Credit Dept and the amount is credited to the Credit Card and the EMI’s bounced. But I got informed by the Credit Card Dept after the account became hold.
Now I am unable to pay the due EMI’s as if I was earlier informed I could have arranged in other way.
In this regard I am humbly requesting to look into the matter and help me in this regard or please lend us some time to pay the EMI’s.
