I have been the user of BroadBand and land line connection since 25 years or more. but last six months I have complained so many times on toll free number but no response has come from your side. Every month I have paid the bill of land line and broadband connection of Rs.850 to Rs.1000/- but neither landline or broad band connection is still working. Sorry to say, I have to compel, I request you to cancel my connection so that I take new connection of any other company.
I am a regular customer/consumer of BSNL Broadband since last three years. But for a year it was disconnected due to non-payment of bills. I again apply for a new connection and still enjoying the same. My a/c no. got changed to 80007009295 instead of previous a/c no. 8000730662 causing problem to view bills online. The new a/c no. doesn’t match to my telephone no. 3677239466.
Please, solve the problem so that I shall enable to view my telephone bill online with the new a/c no. provided to me.
This is to bring to your kind notice, that sms’ are being sent to me unnecessarily and money being deducted frequently. I would like give the details:-
SMS in the name of Love7 are being sent to me from your site-BP-MIVSB, which I have never subscribed and an amount of Rs 7 being deducted even after un-subscription as advised. Despite on receiving the sms of deactivation vide ref. No.332386 dated 17.03.13, the sms again being sent and Rs7 being deducted frequently. When contacted customer care centre, they informed there is no such service against my mobile No xx, then how comes and why the money is being deducted. Some of the sms may have been deleted,however, details of few sms’ are as under :-
Money, Rs7 deducted in the month of Mar’2013 dated 08, 15, 22, 29 and Apr’2013 05 & 12 . There after I have brought the matter to the office at Bahupalaza and since 15th of April’13 no money have been deducted and I was of the opinion that the unwanted service may have been deactivated. However, today on 17th of Apr’13 at 09:00 hrs SMS from the same site received stating that the service is being renewed and obviously the money will be deducted and the request for un-subscription has no value as the same have been done in the past
All the toll free numbers and the so called 24/7 support is waste of time . No one responds be it morning or evening .. I guess they keep the receiver away and do their work for home and get paid.. :) Such a “horrible” customer care is not seen anywhere in the world . I believe someone will look into these responses people have posted and take some action.
BSNL customer care helpline is completely inefficient. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with them, am failing to get my concerns resolve. Despite entering correct pin code my mobile went blocked on 5.3.13. My SIM is still blocked.It wants PIN1 unblock code. Unless I get it,my mobile will remin unlocked for ever. How astonishing it is that 1503/9400024365/123 shall remain so busy that one will have no chance to get in touch with any customer care executives at any time.If any response is there,you will listen”your estimated time is 1 hour 32 minutes’ like this.

Can anyone help me get my broadband connection installed? My Cust Id : 4021367201, I have booked the broadband on 30th Jan 2013, still now no clue if at all I will get my connection or not. I am eagerly waiting daily thinking today I will get my Broadband connection. While accepting the application you said we will take max 2 week to install the new connection. It is close a month still I am waiting can any let me know when I will get connection.
I purchased a 3 G sim from BSNL customer relations cell at RT Nagar,Bangalore on 19.2.2013 for Rs 59 at 2.30 pm. I have been directed to contact phone no.1507 for Tele verification which I did and have been intimated that the verification is complete and I can go for top up after 3 hrs.I went for recharge of Rs 103 at 7.00 p.m and at 8.30 p.m. at a local Nokia Priority shop.But inspite of so many attempts the recharge has not been successful.Could you please help me?
My landline no 0522-2815872 is almost dead. I have complained many times to customer care 1500 and local telephone exchange, but it was only temporarily repaired. After few days it became dead. They do not provide permanent solution. Please provide me the customer care mail id to complaint the same.
Our PRI 080 25405000 is not working for weeks now. We have logged a compliant # 17684391892 but no response to that as well.. our attempt to get in touch with anyone is also not working.
I am sending this mail from Abu Dhabi and reason is my home land line keeps giving problems. We complained so many times to the customer service, but the problem persists. Even though you guys dont fix the problem, the bill comes on time, with right charges. I tried mailing through your website, that too wont work.
My BSNL broad band connection no. 2653992 (A/c no. 1019582862) is not working & your modem needs fix if it has become defective. Please rectify without delay. My last bill amtg. Rs. 869/- is paid vide your receipt no. LKW712111200050 dt. 12.11.2012.
