I had requested for New Broadband connection on 9th Jan, 2012 via BSNL Website and got the lead ID “MPIND09011200022” for the same BSNL executive Mr. Digamber Somkuwar visited my house to complete the other formalities on 11th Jan, 2012.
Now I have no further update about my connection request when I am going to get the connection. Kindly provide me the status of my connection request or details of the contact person whom I can contact to know about the connection status.

I was updated that there are no devices available in Banglore… no phones and modems.
I was requested to go to the nearby exchange and try to buy the device. But no luck.. I have to move to some other service provider.

Sir, the complaint is that I am using Bsnl Landline No. xx since 2005 & I have completed registration in “selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in” on 03 Jan 2012 with Customer ID- xx but I have not received any email on my email ID yet. So this is humble request to you that please take immediate action as soon as possible so I can change my plan into home combo UL 750. I will be very grateful to you if it could be possible with your help.

What is the KERALA BSNL customer care Email id
Today I have placed a request with Madipakkam branch customer care for shifting the landline and broadband to the above new address. I have also contacted the JTO of Kovilambakkam branch. He said it is not possible as there is no cable provision given in Perumal Nagar and the shifting is not possible. I asked him whether I should cancel the landline and broadband connections on the whole. JTO said it is good to do that. Kindly do the needful in this regard. If you suggest me to cancel this then I will. How come such a great BSNL cannot provide a connection to the very nearby area ?

I am a 81 year old senior citizen having brodband connection and my land line no is xx.I went abroad in march this year and before that I gave a written requst on 11-03-2011 at chandigarh office in sector 34 in which I requested to immediately close my brodband connection and only continue incoming calls service but when I came back from abroad, i found that my phone was not working at all.I tried to contact your office many times but there was no response and unfortunately i can’t find any request receipt. And because of my old age i can’t come to your office.

For last three days am calling the call center at 1800 180 1503 but no response..what service is this. Why is the government paying the lazy BSNL employees.
On September 10 my balance was Rs.86.12 after some time my balance got reduced to Rs.52.00 and then later it became Rs.34.12. I received a message on my phone that said “congratulations please start the game and input unlock code”. I did not activate the game and I complained to the customer support. No resolution has yet been taken.
Iam Using BSNL mobile since many months. But services are very poor, no proper signal even near to tower,
Last month (August 9th) suddenly Rs 15 disappeared from my balance. Immediately I called to 1503 call center,they told me that balance will be reimbursed withing 24 hours, but i did not get any message. Since Aug 9 several times i called to call center, but of no use.
sir i had charged my prepaid number of 50 rs balance and a message voucher both of them has been deducted completely plz tell me the solution and i need sl customer care toll free number for complaining this.
I dont know whats the problem going on with BSNL Customer right now……i was trying to talk to them from yesterday and it seems that it is only possible between 5.30 am to 5.30 pm……and again it cam like only when i have low balance i am allowed to talk…….i did try from all of my friends’ cellphone……and unfortunately the fact is my 3G sim got expired in the month of April and i want to activate it ….but i only got failures even while recharging for Rs 220!!!!!!

I am using BSNL 3G card from Jan-2011 but in the last 10 days 3G is not working properly after 10 minutes internet gets disconnected.I am from Jamnagar,Gujarat & I am getting HSDPA network from 3G Card.

hi nitesh is it u see there are 48KBps .thats means KB is capital letter .
1 KB/s = 1024 bytes per second
1 kb/s = 1000 bits per second
1024 kb = 1 mb (megabyte)
so if u received 48 KBps speed this is better speed .

I am having BSNL mobile number 7598471782 and am getting unwanted sms and am not able to stop them. Also sometimes there is a deduction of Rs.5 and it happened more than once but I have not subscribed to any extra service.
I request you to please stop unwanted sms and any other add on service and oblige.

To stop getting unwanted SMSes you need to register with the National Do Not Call registry. The procedures are as follows: simply send a SMS from your Mobile “START DND” to 1909 with content START DND. Following the request, you will get a confirmation number.
