You have sent me a statement for $0.01 with the warning if I do not pay it I will have to pay a late fee of $38.00. I purchased an item with my Macy’s card and as usual, I paid the amount in full at the cash register out of my Canadian bank account. I always do that so I do not have to be billed (set up a US money account, incur late charges because the bill reaches me late and the payment reaches you late, etc, etc). There is no way I am going to return to the US in order to pay this $0.01, so please remove it from my statement or I will not continue to visit Macy’s to shop. Thank-you.

Can you help me please.I was in New York on the week 3rd-10th.I bought my man Tommy Hilfiger tops.One of them had the security tag on it,i took it to a shop here in Ireland but they have a different system to remove the tags.I am enquiring if you could help me please.He always wears XL but i got L for him as thought the sizes differ.My friend is going to New York next week,could i give her the top and get it changed for XL?The other top i got him is the sleeveless fleece top.I cant find the reciept,with all the travelling i must have lost it somewhere but the tags are all still on it.He would rather 2 tops of first top in similar style.Sorry for misplacing the receipt but do you think i could get them changed?My friend is going to New York next week and she has offered to change them.I want check with your company first to see if can change the way i have lost the receipt.The clothes were for Christmas presents for him as Tommy Hilfiger is impossible to find in Ireland and he loves that brand.Thank you for your time,i wait to her from you
