I have a lot of unused AA miles for me and my husband. Husband got a strok and we are not able travel anymore. I want to convert unused miles to gift cards. Called customer service many times, was given a number for contact, left a message a few times, no respond. Can somebody contact and help me?
The customer phone numbers just sends me in another direction, on the phone and computer for 2 hours and now I am here. I want to donate 1000 miles to any charity or get a gift card before my miles expire. Can someone help in this matter. Ralph
I completed the Mileage Transfer to a Beneficiary Form and there is no notation where to send either by mail, fax or e-mail.
Any help would be appreciated!
I don’t fly anymore but I have 37,000 miles and will soon have 60,000 mi.
I can’t afford to pay $250 or more to donate these miles.
What are my other options?
Can I order a voucher (is that what it’s called?) for a trip? And then give the voucher to someone else?
Your chart says 30,000 mi. is enough from USA to Europe. Is that just one way? Chart says either one way or round trip. Confusing.
Pls explain — easy answers in an email only.
