This is to inform you that the I have raised a complaint for my phone number on Nov-11-2012.Internet is not working and also for past 15 days my residence phone is out of order, I already reached the BNSL Redhills area to ensure the work is under process but they have no updates.
I have also got the information from Redhills BSNL Bill counter that the bill will be generated for this month even though I have
not used the Internet nor the phone connection for my needs. When I have not used the internet nor phone, why should I pay for that connection.

I am using BSNL broadband service plan 850 since 3 months I am having problem with my internet connection. Download speed is very less and is about 45 KB/s at day time and maximum of 60 KB/s at night. Is this is what is called Broadband Service’s that u provide to customer? When I took the connection I had about only 200-300 KB/s speed (ie, before 2 months). Request you to take immediate action and help me to solve the problem as early as possible.

Hi, my account no is 9034914782 and my landline no is 08025719300. I’m from Bangalore. The broadband works only 3 days in a week. I have complaint many times but its not rectified. I’m paying complete one month bill but i get service for just 10 days or hardly 15 days. The broadband has not been working for the past 4 days. I just put a complaint today. here goes the docket no 17405219862. The service is very very bad. Whenever the power goes off, the internet takes two days to come back. I’m scared to switch off the modem when not in used as the internet will not come back when i switch on the modem. Can somebody fix it please.
This is inform you that we haven’t get any response from your side yet, After so many complaints, we are assured by you that our BSNL internet connection will be activated soon but no action has been taken till date.
All formalities are complete from our side .We do not understand that why our BSNL internet connection is not being activated yet.

My BSNL landline connection no: 0484 2220798 (under mattancherry exchange) has not been working for more than a month. I have booked complaint through IVRS, and have gone personally to the exchange to register my complaint on 10th of august. At the beginning it was noisy line but later the phone was completely dead and later the broadband also stopped working. I have re-registered my complaint many times but there is no response. Once a person came and said that the next day someone else would come to check it ,but ever since there is no response. I was a customer of VSNL(wll phone). Last week I received a notice to surrender your hand set and even it was mentioned the amount of telephone bill. Last many times I went BSNL office and said to them, that I have already surrendered all instruments of will phone on 13th June 2011 and acknowledgment serial number 29, but still they are sending bill to me.
Whenever I asked to them why is it happening, they said to me we will cancel it. Still I got bill today and same thing repeating to me. Please make verify it. It is so much disturbed to us.
Hope that next time it will not be occurred to me.

I used to have a BSNL landline registered under the name of my father Sri Dindayal De till which had an unlimited broadband connection which after a lot of unresolved complaints I finally surrendered about 2 and a half months ago after paying all the “outstanding bills” all of which were charged twice so that the caution money submitted when we booked our phone in 1997 can be recovered at the advice of one of the officer posted in Manicktola BSNL office. After all the formalities were completed and even the appliances (wifi modem and telephone set) were taken away. But since then we are still receiving bill amounting to the same Rs.730 for the last 2 months. Tell me what is the solution and is there any hope of ever getting back the Rs.3000 caution money.

I wanted to make complaint regarding your Broadband Service in Ahmedabad Gujarat but on reading other complaints I think that there is no meaning because it seems that in the Government Department no one wants to take responsibility to even see that complaint should be resolved immediately. Wondering when Govt will start working like private companies?
Since 2009 onwards i am using BSNL student suvida introduced for students. In it they had offered free 2000sms/month, 49p for /min call etc. But due to new TRAI Rule, Kerala BSNL has stopped students suvidha plan and brought new plan which cost high for customers. They cancelled all the freebies offered.
The new plans require monthly cost to be active. They eliminated the validity for top up and other recharges forcing customers spend high amount monthly to use the connection. So kindly take necessary action against these changes.

Visiting BSNL site I find that BB Home Combo Plan UL 625 provided unlimited download,with free call 100. But I have neither been provided New Telephone Receiver nor the facility to get 100 free call. I paid security deposit, modem charges, and other charges as per the demand of BSNL. But BSNL subsequently provided facility to Broadband users with free modem, free installation cahrges and free 100 call per month. I request you to kindly change the plan so that I can get all the facility includin a new receiver.

I recharged for Rs 750 on my 3G enabled phone but net speed is very slow. It is about 15kb per sec. This is a bsnl 3g speed. Other telecom companies are giving 750 KB per sec. Why this indifference in yours?

Four months back it stopped functioning and i immediately informed the Moozhikulam telephone exchange in ernakulam Dt. I visited the exchange several times but until now the phone has not been repaired. Please deactivate Hungama services from my account and credit the chanrges back for Jan – Feb 106 /- and Feb – Mar 160 /- since we never request for this service. We would reduce the amount from the overall bill and pay the balance amount for March ’12

while I have paid all bills, I have also applied a broadband connection dated March 12, 2012 on the same number. I have been made to wait for several days without any action. This is not good customer service. Please look into this matter & take a necessary action otherwise I shall be bound to take any legal action.
I applied for BSNL connecion one month before. Since day one I have been waiting and there has been no response. It is now over 1 year, when am I gonna get my new connection? I am told couple of days, but nobody is coming. I am very disappointed with this sort of service.

My prepaid connection for BSNL no. is xx.A package of Art of Living Services(AOL) is automatically activated on my mobile, i don’t know from where because i never respond to service messages or calls!!! I’ve got m mobile recharged on 28th of Jan 2012 with Rs100, and instantly it has got activated and Rs.30 has been deduced from the main balance.Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i’ll have to discontinue your network which i’ve been using for 5 yrs.
