I bought a Senseo Coffee Machine 30 April 2011 from E LeClec 16700 Ruffec. Faced some problem with it. I took it back to the store on 15 December 2011. They refused to replace it and said it had to go back to Phillips. We have visited the store numerous times but they still cannot give us a replacement as they are waiting for Phillips to respond. Obviously I am very disappointed in the service I have received. Can you help please.
