Bought a Honda CBR 150R and Since last 1 month waiting for the part to be changed which is in warranty period but company believes in only one strategy and that is sleeping all that way. Stll their reply is same as it was i month back how poor.
I have purchased Dream Yuga from M/s.SVM Honda from Chennai on Nov 2012.
The service provided by M/s.SVM isn’t satisfactory to me. After service i notice that oil is getting leaked on the engine head and they told oil seal may be worn out, after replacing the seal hardly 100 KM i have driven and again it stated leaking.I was totally unhappy and also not interested in going back to M/s.SVM,so i drove the vehicle in same condition. However again I called them to get the oil leak repaired. They replaced oil seal again. Same thing has repeated. What a service. I am feeling disgusted.
I have already purchased Honda Activa from Innovative Honda last month ,but Still RTO Number is pending. At the time of purchase we have demanded any 3 digits no on which you gave your consent. After purchase they have declined my request and are asking to pay 1000 rs extra to rto. So kindly provide me any 3 digits no without any extra payment. And also after paying entire amount in cash i am not getting proper response& service which will further damage your brand reputation.
Please pay your kind attention as problem has already marked to [email protected] , but still i have no response from anywhere. Last mail marked on 04.03.2013 before that 2 mail marked on 22.11.2012 and 24.02.2013. I am really unsatisfied with honda.
I had purchased CB Unicorn (Reg. no RJ33 SC 7949) on 26th July 2012. From the 1st day there was a problem when i was starting the bike in morning but that was minor and at the time of 1st servicing i had told at service center of Eternal Honda in Bhavnagar (Gujarat). But problem was not resolved.
At the time of 2nd servicing once again i had mentioned the same problem to service center person, after servicing once again i asked that the problem is resolved or not, the person reply its resolved but when i checked it, problem was as usual, then i had told him to see it once again, then he reduced the mileage and told still i have to use choke to start the bike.
I have a honda shine bike with registration number TN07 BD 5716. I gave my bike for service in JSP honda Annanagar West Extension branch.
I mentioned clearly, my bike has engine off problem while riding. But they simply increase fuel injection level. Still I have this problem. Another technician told me this problem comes cuz of fuel injection nozzle. If I change the nozzle device, it wont happen they said. I am riding this bike for 3 years. Last 2 years am facing this problem. I am tired of running around. Your service technicians are so inefficient.
I have purchased new model activa in the month of January. I met an accident in the month of february and I have given the vehicle at 21 honda (dealer) Saki Vihar road for repair and insurance claim. They have completed the insurance claim but are not able to complete the repair process till they get new battery bracket. As per what they are saying, the item is not available locally as the new battery bracket is different from the old one. They have also placed order for the same with HONDA PUNE but still they are waiting for the same. My vehicle is lying at their place since last 21 days…Request you to solve the issue asap. I am failing to understand that how can we launch a product without back up of it spare parts ???
This is for your information that I have a scooter of your esteemed company Aviator (DL7S AC 7522). I sent it for service on 12th February 2013, in your service station – Rajindra Honda, Dilshad Garden. But since that day I haven’t received my scooter back and they are saying that it will take further 10 days to come back as its one part is not available. Its really a kind of harassment as I need my vehicle for day to day work.
I own a Honda unicorn (CJC 8346943). Register Number TN59 AW2439.
I have bought the vehicle from Lakshmi Honda in Madurai on 22.10.2012. I have now encountered with the following complaints.
1)Self stater not working .
2) Poor quality paint. Some parts are rusting and paint is falling off.
I have a Honda cb Unicorn bought in Kottayam District, Kerala. On 31/12/2012, after a service in PURACKAL HONDA SERVICE CENTRE, Pala, Kottayam district ( Invoice number – 12IWO7835), its Speedo Meter stopped working. The next day I informed this to the same Service Centre and they offered a free service. On 9/01/2013 I brought my bike there. I had to make a payment of Rs. 181, even though I couldn’t find out any cable breakage due to the rust as told by them.
On the way back to my home I realized that the Indicator and Head light system is damaged, which was perfect until it was handed over to the Service Centre. I rushed back there but It was closed. I had to arrange a torch light to ride alone 18 kilometres then. Next day, I tried very much in phone to get the service manager, but the phone numbers in the Invoice and bill were not working. The time of usage of my bike is from 5.00 am to 8.00 pm. I had to arrange a taxi since 2 days due to the headlight failure of the bike.
I can’t approach the Service Centre in week days. Such poor services and service centre employees is a curse to Honda, a highly established company.
This problem is resolved by the Service Centre. I withdraw this complaint. Thank you all…!
This is to inform you that i brought my CBR150 from Regency Honda,Rehari Jammu(J&K) on 07/08/2012. I want to inform you that i am not satisfied with this bike . It offers no pickup, no average etc, and i took my bike more than 20 times to regency honda for check up but they cant resolve the issue.
Invoice no: 30824
Customer id: CZ18719
Model: CB TWISTER
Payment type: Booking (Booking No.: BO75593)
With reference to the above credentials I would like to bring to your notice, the manner of apathy in which your dealer and the head office have been handling the aforementioned booking. Staff at Sterling Honda assured me a maximum of 4 weeks waiting period for receiving the vehicle. After the intervening period, with no sign of communication from Sterling Honda in sight, in spite of the entire billing amount being debited from my bank account, I decided to follow up on my booking. After numerous evasive and rhetoric replies of ‘looking into the matter’ and ‘will take a few more days’ by a certain responsible staff (irresponsible?) Mr. Amit, we threatened to complain to the HO.
Further coercive follow-ups finally led him to reveal the actual reason, a reason that has shocked and bemused me in the same breath. According to this gentleman, the booking order had been forwarded to the concerned production and delivery division ; there had been no reply from this department ( since the date of booking, which by simple maths makes it 30 days till the date of writing). Worse, what may seem as a well deserved break or another proof of indifference towards its duties (depending on which side of the sales counter one is), Mr. Amit informed me that your office was on holiday owing to Christmas till the 1st of January 2013, further adding to my woes.
I now find myself disillusioned with your entire sales service support and reconciled to the fact that the dealers will not be able to help. However, this has made me more determined to seek other avenues to answer my questions, the very reason why you are reading this. While I do realise that the model in question is a very sought after one in India which may lead to delivery delays, but there should be some concrete timeframe given to its customers as to when the delivery should be expected (even if that is for a few months!), failing of which would mean the total incapacity of your delivery team to predict and meet delivery schedules.
To make explicit something that you would find in the tone of the letter, such kind of service is neither expected nor satisfactory from an organisation that derives pride from the fact that it delivers quality service in both its products and customer relationships.
I have experienced pathetic customer service for my Honda Stunner bike from the authorized service center Kondapur. Every time I give it for service the things i mention are never fixed. I however get a call from Service center about other things to be changed and what they feel is faulty. They take fuel from the vehicle and call me to get fuel before taking bike from service center as my bike doesn’t have fuel left.
I’m trying hard to change my ‘Indicators’ for last 6 months. Every time I’ve been told it is out of stock. Instead of the service center helping me, they ask me to call Somajiguda Hyderabad service center and enquire.
This is to bring to your attention a vehicle booking done with EVM MOTORS NEERAMANKARA JN KAIMANAM P.O TRIVANDRUM on 25/02/2012 vide booking No D051023 for a white Aviator and its non delivery till this date and indecent behavior from your dealer representative while enquiring with them on non delivery . At the time of booking I was asked to wait for 3 months to give delivery but after 3 months they asked me to pay full amount and wait till one month for delivery and I clearly told them I am not willing to wait and requested them to call me as and when they are in a position to give me bill and vehicle on making payment. To this they did not give me a reply and I kept contacting them every month and they kept on repeating this same matter, even today also I was asked to make payment and wait, as I questioned them the concerned executive retaliated and misbehaved with me in a rude manner. I am bringing this matter to your attention to get justice. I am also a business man dealing with many big multinational companies like Sony Mobile Reckitt Benckiser etc as their authorized stockiest.
I hope you will seriously consider this complaint of mine and see to it that this is never repeated with another customer like me.
Dear M/S Honda
This is to inform you that your company is losing its reputation among the customers by establishing poor service delivery centers. People are losing credibility on one of the service center functioning in chennai named JSP HONDA, perambur, Chennai. Without knowing the appropriate problem in servicing the bikes they are changing the parts and costing for it. This embarrasses me a lot, because even after paying the money the problems are not rectified and delivery of the bike is getting delayed. This shows the incapability of the servicing person and the service manager who handles the issues of the bike. I am completely unsatisfied with the service of JSP HONDA. Its time for the M/S HONDA to take necessary action against these types of service centers.
Seems like Honda has lost its mind after parting from Hero group…they are giving away bad product and supporting it with 3rd grade service…
I own a black honda unicorn and its been 2 yrs i am facing problems related to my bike and the service they offer….within 2 yrs my fuel tank is rusted and the average problem is never solved..
The staff at Pilot honda Mulund is very uncoperative…they MISGUIDE customers…and give WRONG ESTIMATE BILLS..
PROBLEMS FACED:
1. BAD PRODUCT (Fuel tank got rusted within 2 yrs even after following all the advice)
2. BAD SERVICE ( Staff at the Pilot honda , Mulund give unnecessary advice which adds to the total bill)
3. MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMER (staff give wrong suggestions ex: Decarbonising for Average improvement)
4. WRONG BILLING ESTIMATE ( give 1500rp estimates but the bill goes upto 1900)
5. FALSE PROMISE OF DELIVERY TIMING
All the above mentioned problems are personally suffered by me in the last 2 yrs..
Sanjay Singh
Sir
I have a red colour unicorn purchased 5 years back in Pune, some how its viser (headlight fits in) got broken and i couldn’t get it till now, I trusted in genuine parts for honda and i have searched and asked repeatedly in 6 showrooms and authorized parts dealers in the course of 2 months for it however none of your dealers are taking any interest in assisting me. They all have the same excuse that they have ordered it but has not yet come and they are expecting it in next 10 days infact one has gone to an extent of telling me that because I have red colour I wont get it anywhere. I have given them the option of taking the money in advance and order it for me exclusively however they are refusing that.
I am unable to ride my bike because of that Rs. 800 accessories.
If honda doesnt have its genuine parts available them i am sure customer will never buy any limited edition bikes or bikes other then black colour.
Now I seriously regret my decision of choosing honda over bajaj (pulsur)
I had booked a Honda ACTIVA on 11th Nov from MY WINGS PVT LTD KOTHRUDE PUNE.They phoned me for delivery on 13th.
The treatment given to me while taking delivery was atrocious. On demanding to show that all accessory was fitted . The reply was to tell me to GET LOST.
On demanding proper treatment from the Service representative. I and my son was beaten up by the service representative Mr.Sagar and his team. On informing the branch Manager ,he was not at all apologetic of this incident,it seems it is a day to day incident for him.
He has agreed to refund my money ( even though I still has to receive my money).
I have registered a Police complaint against Mr.Sagar and MY WINGS in Kothrude Police station.
I have the greatest regard for HONDA brand. I still use the STREET motorcycle which I had purchased in 1997 with out any problem.
I would appreciate a reply from HONDA customer service .
I Mr.Ajay Lakshmikant Choupane,a proud owner of a Honda Activa, has been treated very roughly by the Sales Manager Mr.Bhagat at your showroom Sai Point Honda, Yavatmal. When I went to buy a new activa I was surprised to notice that the very authorised dealer compels every customer to buy the extra 3 years warrenty which is basically optional as per your website. When I tried to bring it to the notice of the sales manager I was treated roughly by him and he asked me if I cannot buy the extra warrenty better I don’t buy the bike. And also the dealer compels the customers to buy the helmet at the time of buying the bike. Also many other optional things are told to be as compulsory. I maintain a good will about Honda Company. So I think You will look into it as soon as possible.
Hoping about a quick action.
I have purchased a CB UNICORN DAZZLER (P-S white colour) from RACE HONDA Radhepuri on 1st June 2012 vide invoice no. 12AS01146. Along with the bike I had also purchased some accessories out of which one was the saree guard and then the seat cover. After 3-4 days I had noticed that the saree guard that was fixed on my bike by the dealer at the time of purchase was broken. I had immediately informed to sales executive who in turn had assured for  the necessary action and had called me to the showroom.Â
I had reached the showroom on 20th June for replacement of the defective saree guard. After having a word with the concerned sales executive and the manager of the showroom, they clearly refused to replace the defective saree guard and said that “it is your fault and you should have checked it before taking the bike from here and there nothing that we could do in this regard”.
2nd accessory-seat cover.Â
The seat cover that I had purchased from the showroom started tearing of from the front corners which completely shows the lowest level of products given to me at very inflated prices. This shows that people at Race Honda does not care for their customers and in one way or other tries to cheat consumers by giving them low quality products and services.Â
With this I want to raise my voice against the malpractices done by Race Honda and I hope appropriate action is taken against my complaint.Â
I have purchased a HONDA DREAM YUGA this week. I found that there is a gap of one inch between the rear end of the seat with respect to rear light Assy.. I feel dust/rain water may go inside and give problem to other parts and also odd looking. Further the opening of seat is also tedious & time taking. The similar case is also in other new bikes checked from my dealer ‘s showroom. It will be better if it can be like your SHINE model with locking facility. Otherwise the bike is very good. If my problem will be solved I will be very happy and have more confidence on HONDA. Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
Sub: Misselling of CBR 250R
Ref: Frame No: ME4MC42 3GB8001621
Engine No: MC42E 0005071
Regn No: KL 11 AM 3453
I purchased a Honda CBR 250 R from KTC HONDA CALICUT on 16th May 2012(Bill date on 10th May 2012). I am sending this mail because; I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT KTC HONDA HAVE CHEATED ME IN THE SALE. They have sold me a YEAR OLD BIKE without my consent.
I am very passionate about HONDA brand. I was driving an Accord in UK until 2005 and was using a Honda, City until 2010 in India. I was riding Yamaha R15 between Nov 2009 and May 2012 and sold it after seeing the advertisements of CBR 250R.
This purchase made after seeing an advertisement of KTC Honda at Bye pass Road near ABT Maruti, Calicut. I have spoken with the sales manager and he directed me to a Sales executive. I have opted for Red Colour and got a quote from KTC. I had paid an advance of Rs. 38000 by cash and transferred the balance amount via fund transfer.
After taking the delivery of the bike I had a doubt about the QUALITY of the bike which they delivered to me. There were plenty of scratches, pressure marks, rusted parts and damages in the bike.
I noticed the following after taking the delivery and have informed the same to Sales manager, Service Manager and Showroom In charge. Let me describe the faults which I have noticed:
1. Damaged paint marks on the Handle due to repair, misalignment or may be due to mishandling.
2. Damage Mark on the end of the left hand side handle and clutch liver, due to fall of bike.
3. Damaged paint coating on the engine cover, both touched with paint and bare one.
4. So many rusted parts in the bike, including nuts and bolts, silencer, braking system, part of wheel assembly, silencer muffler etc.
5. Stretched threads in the seat.
6. Right Hand side Mirror is misaligned and the visibility is poor.
7. Tear and wear mark on the clutch lever.
After seeing all these things I had a doubt about the Model of the bike. I asked to the sales manger about it and he was not able to explain it properly. Then I have found a coupon along with the Warranty booklet and it says that the month of manufacturing is July 2011 and the coupon was of a black Bike ( Even in my invoice it was mentioned as Black, but the original colour is Red)
However …
After purchasing this bike, I am feeling bad about the Brand. Is this the way to sell a Premium Product?? You have to remember that, I can buy a NANO Car for this money.
In the advertisement, they have mentioned a Premium Helmet and Extended Warranty. The truth is that I got a very cheap local helmet and even the Extended Warranty wasn’t provided to me.
The major issue is that, how a dealer can sell an old product without the knowledge of the customer??? How they can sell a year old CBR 250R to me without any information. I was very much particular about the condition of the bike and of course as a matter of fact any one would do. I never expected that this 5th Month of 2012, they will be selling a July 2011 model bike to me. Who will be paying full amount for a year old bike, whether it’s in Yard or Factory???? After noticing this I had contacted the Sales manager and raised the issue. He was telling me that, they will be selling all the bikes which was made in 2011 and customers will not be bothered about it. Then I had shown him a warranty card of another bike (Shine) lying on his table, which is 2012 model and he didn’t have any words to explain. I am terribly upset by the dealer’s action and losing my hopes on my passionate brand HONDA.
Best Regards,
Biju
I am a loyal customer of Honda from last 5 years. Today i am very shocked after your staff’s misbehavior in pathankot. Punjab (bhalai motors)… So irresponsible!! They behaved with me like I was in some police station. I will never purchase a product from your company!
I have purchased new Honda unicorn 160 BS6 model on August 26- 2020. But am fully disappointed for that bike. I have faced lot of problems with my bike. Please find the below problem I have faced.
1. Once we refilled the engine oil, it will be decreased every 1000 km’s to 1500 km’s. When we checked the engine oil capacity it will be 400ml to 500 ml only available in my bike.
2. White smoke is coming frequently in my bike.
3. RPM meter is not working, I went to showroom they said meter failed and they changed meter. But they said warranty will not cover for that you need to pay 390/- and I asked to they didn’t respond properly.
4. ABS indicator light is blinking at the time of vehicle running. Actually ABS indicator light will be of off when we ran the bike.
I have sent mail to honda customer care service but they didn’t respond. I have spent 1, 28,000/- for that bike, but they didn’t gave 1 rupee value for me.
sir,
I am BIJO MATHEW JOY, sending this mail for the purpose of informing you about the bad services rendered by your showroom to their customers. On 17 th April 2012 I brought a new unicorn (invoice no-11IN08402, booking no-BO53253, frame no- ME4KC09CBC8221632) from your Kayamkulam outlet. But on next day I came to know that my new bike has a problem with its handle bar.. ie it is not fit to ride. Then I informed this matter to my nearby shymas outlet at Thattarambalam and they replied that ”it is a manufacturing defect, and that there is a missing of rubber bush on the handle, we will fix it on Ist service” . But after my vehicle’s first service they didn’t take any initiative on this matter.. So I am not satisfied with your services.. and the service executives are not so much concerned.
I have purchased Honda CB Twister bike about 7 months back from dealer M/s. Heritage Honda,Mysore. Since beginning the Gear shifter has a problem and gears are not engaging properly. Lodged a complaint more than 5 times & 3rd service is also over. But problem persists. I am really surprised Honda company bikes are of such bad quality??
