To Whom it may concern.
I made a call to Tesco Direct at 10.57 on Fri 11 Aug to ascertain the whereabouts of a product that I had bought in store and was awaiting it to be delivered. I was put on hold several times whilst this very helpful gentleman investigated the whereabouts of the item. On receiving my mobile phone bill this month I have been charged £10.18 for this call which i find totally outrageous. Please can this situation be addressed and ultimately I would like to be reimbursed either in cash or vouchers for this amount.
