Firstly, nearly 8 months back when I came back to Pakistan I asked Telenor for the number which I was using for so long but because of certain regulations I was told that I cannot have that number as it is blocked now and will be sold as new subscription. I asked them if they can sell that number to me as new subscription, and the response was whenever it will be ready to be delivered we will request this number on your behalf. Furthermore at one stage I was advised to buy that number on post-paid subscription but when I went to Hyderabad Franchise they refused telling me that number is ready and soon will be sold as prepaid subscription. I asked them to sell it to me and they said that they cannot sell that number to me because they don’t know here it would be sold. This is a poor attitude honestly a customer who was striving so hard to get that number for so long has now been told that it would be sold to someone else.
Secondly when I came back to Pakistan I had Ufone sim also with me and that too was blocked.. they even gave me the same reason and told me its blocked but when I requested that I want that number they took my cell phone number and email address, after several months they contacted me gave me my number back. On the other had Telenor asked me about my contact details and never contacted me, and when I went to telenor Franchise today they told me that they cannot sell this number to me but it will be sold to someone else. Furthermore your staff in Hyderabad use to always contradict with the telenor345@telenor.com.pk and most of the times your servers used to be down.
