I have the same issue as Stephanie above. I use Adobe Photoshop and have no desire to use WinZip for editing my photos. I was looking for a program that would unzip my files. I HAVE the same issue as above. I purchased you your WinZip on 1/2022. I could not get it to install. It tells me (over and over) YOUR CURRENT REGISTRATION CODE IS FOR A DIFFERENT VERSION OF WINZIP. YOU NEED A NEW REGISTRATION CODE TO REGISTER THE VERSION OF WINZIP. Where do I get this new registration number? I have contacted your support a dozen times and now you don’t bother to respond.
I “PURCHASED” Winzip on December 17th for $39.96 and now it has taken over all of my “previously purchased editable files” showing a message that displays “Your Winzip Trial has Expired! It’s asking me “Do I want to purchase Zip? Hell No because I already did, and it’s on my bank statement! I never asked for the trial and I trusted you. Now, you are asking me for another $39.96? Do you charge off of your customers every two weeks like this? Unfortunately, I’ve been speaking with your Customer Service via email that must be on crack, that don’t know what they’re doing is passing the buck, while teaching files are being jeopardized and I cannot get my progress and behavioral monitoring completed!
