We visited the JSper. Tx store and had poor service. I don’t like being reprimanded like a child when I try to talk to the lady at the drive through window. We pulled up to order and she told us to go ahead. He started to order. She asked us to hold on. For what reason, I don’t know as we were the only customers. We waited another few minutes and my husband simply said hello and she responded rudely “I told you to hold on” like we were toddlers. Customer service is poor.
I am not pleased with your new way of doing business with regards to the new point system. I am more displeased with how it is almost impossible to submit a purchase receipt to receive credit and the removal of the previous way of submitting a complaint to corporate office. I had to search corporate office where as it was available before on the home section of the whataburger App.
Last but not least whataburger sent me an email on March 28, 2023 offering me a free patty melt meal, then another email reminding me of the offer of a free Patty melt meal in March 31, 2023. I went on the last day of the offer and the employee could not find a way to punch in the code or what ever is used to he able to not charge me. I found myself having to pay for the order since it had already been ordered. Is this your new way to lure customers to place orders and then forced to pay for it.
First time at your restaurant. And last. I’ve had better burgers at Sonic or McDonald’s. My son in law makes better burgers on his grill. Very disappointed. Too much hype for a costly $29.07 burger.
I have spent a lot of money over the years and enjoyed Whataburger service but I will never go to the Whataburger on Brentwood stair again because the rudeness of a so-called manager. She did not give me her name. I put a bad review and this is just I guess a way to vent here
The service tonight at the Pearland, Texas location was awful. October 6, 2022 at 8:00 o’clock pm. Your manager, Naima, should be provided many more days of management training or fired. I requested Naima visit our table but they never made it to out table. Our table number was 83. The #2 hamburger was terrible, the patties barely made one of the good original Patty’s. The clerk at the register kept going to the back area and helping people going to the area before the back area. One man, yellow shirt was an employee off the clock, hope he paid 10 hamburger
deal. The clerk finally came back to the register to help us and seemed genuinely surprised we were upset. This was the worst service and food ever received from any Whataburger.
Tonight we went to your Whatabugger Restaurant at Hwy 90 in Pace FL. We ordered a a large #2 combo plain and dry. After we paid for our food the window attendant asked did we need any condiments we said yes we do we would like some barbecue sauce. I believe the girl said that would be .49 Wouldn’t you think any condiments would be free especially when they took off almost $2.00 worth of stuff. And another thing wouldn’t it cost you more for you to run my bank card than the barbecue sauce was worth. Just saying.
Wataburger in Azle, Tx has really gone downhill. Their food is absolutely awful. Fries brown and soggy and cold. Burgers are always smashed down and waaaay over seasoned!!! Eat at your own risk!
Worst service ever! We have been sitting in dining area waiting on food for 30 minutes. People who arrived after us have received food. When I asked, they were waiting on french fries and they just had employees leave the kitchen. As I type this another customer gets their food, with french fries! The manager is now working on it and they just dont know what happened to our order. AMAZING this place is still in business.
