I bought 1.5 ton Walton AC 4 years before,water was leaking inside room.It was repaired so many times but no benefits. Last 29th April 2019 I exchanged old one with new 1.5 ton Walton inverter AC.It was not cooling.I made complain,on 10/05/19 your technicians came &found gas leaked.They field gas but again I am facing same problem no cooling. We bought a freeze from Walton Uttara outlet Dhaka on 12 May 2017 and model number is WFC 3A7. Are facing problem that is water leakage from door side. I rang service center 01678028021, 01679028206, 01678048769 etc… But nobody received my phone. I would be glad if you kindly arrange necessary action.
I bought a refrigerator about 3 yrs ago from Rupnagar Walton Show room mirpur,Dhaka.1st yr it was normal. After then start one by one complain. They came to my home for home services. Recently another complains start after Eid Vacation. 9 sept-17 at 9 am I complain about no cool refrigerator to 16267. someone tell me within 3 working days they will come to my home and solve it. I called again after 3 working days 11 sept at 3pm. They tell sorry for that. Again I called 13 sept, tell me sorry and 14 sept again I called again say sorry .she tell me you can took the complain new no-3559617 and she tell me it’s a emergency no and you will get service by today. It was Thursday. But when any one didn’t call me Saturday I called again 16-9-17 Saturday afternoon(12.30pm). Again say sorry and you will get service by today. But till today nobody didn’t call me. I call again today 17 sept 17 but everything same . We feel proud Its our product. Bangladeshi product .But where is our services? Where is our quality?
