Tradesy is an online retailer of fashion accessories founded by Tracy DiNunzio in 2012. The company is well funded and boasts of millions of sales from around the world. Tradesy operates as a marketplace, connecting both buyers and sellers. Product categories include clothing, bags, shoes and accessories such as jewelry, bags, wallets, belts, sunglasses, hats, scarves, watches and perfume.
The platform features designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Michael Kors, Gucci, Coach, Tiffany & Co, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Prada, Rolex, Jimmy Choo, Burberry and Hermes. Products can be filtered by size, color, brand, material or availability. There is a special category called Weddings that lists wedding dresses, bridal veils, bridal jewelry, among others. If you are a seller, you can list your items with ease and even ship items from the comfort of your home. Tradesy deducts a commission fee on every product sold.
Purchases on the platform can be made using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Tradesy gift cards. Most products are shipped within 3 to 5 working days and will be received within 7 to 10 working days. Incredibly poor customer service. This company has proven incapable of providing a response to my CS issue, telling me time and time again that a Supervisor will need to call me back and then either the supervisor does not call or calls so far outside of business hours that I am no longer by my phone when the call comes in (and doesn’t bother to leave a message with a call back number). Yesterdays example: I was told that the supervisor would call me back within 20 minutes to an hour at 3pm EST, they did attempt a call back at 8:53pm and did not leave a message with a call back number at that time so I get to play this game all over again with them tomorrow again… this has been going on for two weeks now with no resolution in sight.
I’m very disappointed with the service. I’m waiting more than 7 days for a credit and when I call to check on it I’m disconnected twice! Now sure about selling more stuff on this site!
I am desperately trying to purchase Rolex watch for $4,753. I continue to prove the information for the purchase but it will not go through. It is a Valentine gift. What do I do after I provide all the information for payment? How do I get to step three – review order?
